Vifam7
Ah, I see, thank you very much. Actually, "fast packs" is the generic term for any add-on boosters, armor/weapon packs. The correct Macross terminology is "Strike Pack" for the one with the beam cannons. "Super Pack" for the ones without. You can use the term "Parts" instead of Pack if you wish. So the term "FAST Pack" is to the Strike Parts set as the term "Variable Fighter" is to the VF-1S Valkyrie?

daBlah!
Is it likely that Bandai will continue with the 1/72 line of the vf-1? Addons like the armored pieces? And the only J heads released have been on the max and miriya versions correct?
Primus1X
Max and Milia versions exist? Anyone have pics?
Jefuemon
Max and Milia versions exist? Anyone have pics? Here's Max, and here's Miria. They were limited edition releases, that's why the higher prices.

Jefuemon
Do they come with Max and Miria pilot figures? Not positive, but I think they come with generic TV pilot figures. In other words, no bumps on Miria's chest.

David Hingtgen
Necro-replying, but I'd never seen the M&M versions. Interesting that they did their own scheme for Milia's FAST packs---they're entirely red/white, no "standard grey" bits at all. That's not canon. Looks neat, but I almost wonder if it's "too much".
