The scale could be 1/144 as there was a Q-Rau resin kit made in that scale.

There was of course also a 1/100 model kit and the 1/72 resin kit. I doubt it is the 1/100 model kit as the kit lacks in detail and the 1/72 resin kit would be very heavy and could pose difficulties in fixing to the framework.
