Hasegawa Battroid Display Stand

My web-fu is weak today as I couldn't find the old thread that mentioned these stands, so I've started a new thread.

Anyway, here is the lastest pictures from the new January 2006 issue of Dengeki Hobby magazine of the upcoming Battroid mode stand, made by Hasegawa to fit their line of 1/72 Battroid kits.

My first thought is it really needs a UN Spacy decal for the circular base.

I wonder if this stand will fit other mecha kits as well?

Fantastic - clean and simple - I love Hasegawa... now how much?

Since the last top pieces seems like its could be ball-jointed, I think they might work as flight display stands for the Valkyries with the gears up!!

The price quoted on the page is 1313 Yen - $11.00. It is Due out this December....Whoa that is next month!

I wouldn't, you're going to be holding the 1/48 at it's weakest point, the BP8 would snap! Besides I don't think that's strong enough to hold it.
