    Already done. Except for 1 copy of S/J/A each all my 1/48's are gone. Only 1/60 scale from now on.

    I'll put in in simple terms. No more Columbia analogies and all parties walk away happy and mods can go back to being sleeping dogs....or drunk dogs depending on how well tonight goes. Back to discussion.

    Bare breasts aren't the issue. It's what was being done to that schoolgirl that was the issue. As for whether the image itself would have remained even after censoring....unlikely as there may have been other issues noticed from the staff who closed the thread and the ones who remarked in the thread before deletion.

    You need to address point 1 which is covered under the rules. (2# No graphic or vulgar descriptions/depictions of sex or sexual content). Defending yourself with arguments, "it's not as bad as the other stuff that goes on like the pedo images" doesn't work. You need to argue why the image YOU uploaded deserving to stay, because you're arguing to the wrong mod about the pedo images because I shut those down as soon as I'm aware of them.

    Well looking at the deleted thread (yes us staff people can do that) I can see a few objectionable items at a glance. 1) bare-breasted schoolgirl being impaled from above/below with blood spewing out from the points of entry/exit. 2) this image is super long (17700px)and the payoff is....150px? Partial cockpit section of YF19, think I see a 3cm tall hazy image of the SDF1 As an art project it's an interesting combination of images using a central theme. Seen stuff like this before but to classify this image as a Macross fanwork project? I don't see it at all. This image is like those online videos you watch and suddenly a screaming face/loud voice appears. There's no, in this case Macross, substance to it. But I could be wrong. Exactly how would you describe that image as a Macross fanwork?

    BASTARD! I'd stay far away from the $150 Mad Catz ones right now. It's full-on Marketing press from them and so far no reviewers have said anything about the stick. Hell when the Company that built the joystick does an "opening the box" video for itself, rather then let reviewers do it, something suspicious is up.

    Haven't seen this member in awhile. Welcome back! VF 1/60 v2 line is PERFECT TRANSFORMATION. Almost everything that went into the 1/48's is in the 1/60's now, plus double elbow joints and other small tweaks. From the new VF 1/60 line you're missing the upcoming VF-1S Hikaru SSP and someone just pointed out that there's going to be a VF-1S Max as well. Also there's a new online store that's giving the old regular standby's a run for their money. They're called http://www.over-drive-inc.com/. I've got the Hik 1S on order with them.

    That's because they got rid of the free clubs when they went from Closed Beta to Open Beta.....and they started charging $5 for starting a club. Joining a club is free.

    Well can't really argue an opinion can I? All I've got is anecdotal evidence when I say I don't have any problems connecting and group playing on PSN(wirelessly) with friends be it LittleBigPlanet, CoD4, Resistance, SF2HD, R6V or Mortal Kombat II. I do know one buddy who did have trouble going online with GoW2. He bought it the night of, activated a Gold membership, and it refused him access to GoW servers. Ended up playing Soul Calibur online instead and it was only a few days later that he was able to access GoW2 online.

    Not really an apple to apple comparison. Gears of War = Unreal Engine. Tweaked Unreal Engine looks awesome. It's on what, version 3.5 now? Resistance (haven't played 2 yet) doesn't use UE and it's a new engine I believe. Looks pretty damned good for a new engine. Gameplays different too. GoW starts you off with fricken Chainsaw guns. IMO it's an updated/more awesome version of UT but grittier and in 3rd person. Resistance starts off with more realistic WWII'ish weapons before you can grab the "Alien" weaponry. It's not as over the top macho destroy Rambo-type game that GoW is, not that either is bad it's just how they want to tell the story. Multiplayer GoW is kinda limited. 5x5 max? R2 is supposedly 60 or 30x30 according to wiki. COD4 for PS3 looks really nice and from all reviews I've seen the 360 and PS3 versions look exactly the same. Comes down to what controller you like and which system your friends use.

    Yay. Since the entry level 360 now costs less then a Wii of course sales are going to go up. As for 360 dominating sales....don't really care. Wii still owns both "big boys" put together but if we look at the since launch chart(as found at VG chartz the PS3 is doing fine, better then the 360 was at it's point comparitively.
