    I remember that... it's really been that long, 20++ years. I remember watching that back then along with other stuff like Vandread, GTO, Initial D, Shadow Skill etc. 😅

    That's on purpose. Tried it the right way but I kinda prefer my 19P to not look out-of-scale and out-of-place whenever I feel like displaying it with other HMRs. Not really a stickler for accuracy anyways.

    If only the Kai had as good-looking a head . That green translucent visor really makes it stand out.

    If it's ~6.3" up to the top of the head/helmet, that's pretty good for me whether armored up or not.

    Yeah, very lucky if in HMR at all... not so lucky for me if they go the HG route since I suck at applying stickers/decals.

    Didn't realize they included unhelmeted heads. And that gun to rifle conversion is a nice touch.

    Awesome pics. I would prefer if they were 6" figures, but the faces on those look pretty decent... except for Ezra in that 1st pic... looks constipated or something lol.

    Always great to see pics of the Ghost, esp. with the whole crew . It's been a while since I last rewatched Rebels. The lego one I bought my kids over a decade ago has sadly been all but forgotten. Still waiting for the day Rebels figs with toon acurate faces come out... hopefully after those SHF Clone Wars figs 🤞

    Not really a big TF collector and I'm only really into the characters (Autobots) I remember from the original cartoon up until the 86 movie (which is the only TF show/movie that I can stand to watch these days). Plus, Hasbro TFs are not as easy to come by here... so it's great for me that Takara came out with this set. I wanna say I got this 100% cuz of nostalgia, but I also wanted to see if I could fit those backpack wing thingys and shoulder cannon onto my earthrise Wheeljack since this one will be staying in its cybertronian vehicle mode.

    Touché! I have to admit that I almost always skip Gerwalk mode during transformation . Plus, out of all the VF toys I own, only 1 is displayed in Gerwalk (≈75% in Fighter and the rest in Battroid). All very good points for this VF-1 Gerwalk mode and very cool pose too. I did transform my 1S to fighter and propped it on its stand... that lasted less than a day cuz I just really prefer that beefy Battroid mode with that glorious 1S head with its perfectly green, transparent visor. If 3Z makes a 1D or Max's 1A, I would definitely consider displaying those in Gerwalk mode.

    Fair enough. I myself very rarely open the canopies on any of my VFs anyway 😅. As for my 3Z VF-1S, and any other VF-1 I may acquire from them in the future, they're gonna stay 99% of the time in battroid cuz that's mode they shine the most in, imo.

    It wasn't an option to get the refund and just purchase a new one, or is there a substantial price difference? I didn't realize that there were others with QC issues with the 1S. I got my replacement parts from 3Z a little over a month after requesting them... for a scratched vertical stabilizer and damaged right shoulder pouldron out of the box. They gave me the whole backpack with both fins and 2 shoulder pouldrons.

    I've been taking a break from collecting, but I just happened upon a couple of good deals that were just too good to pass up. didn't preorder the VF-19P cuz I balked at the TWE preorder prices esp. compared to how much the HMR Kai was selling for, but I'm happy to finally have a 19P in my collection, even at a smaller scale. I also got a second VF-0D to display in battroid for a relatively cheap price. The VF-2SS I got a few months ago... still a great addition to my small but ever growing HMR collection.

    Is that stand from the new Tread or from your Zeta? You would think that after hearing of several reports of this and some even requesting for a replacement part, Sentinel would reinforce this part of the stand or maybe even totally change the way the Legioss is mounted in fighter mode.

    Nice! And, yes, the muted blue looks great in your photos. But my OCD keeps seeing the bendy gunpod and the not perfectly aligned yellow array thingy.
