I mostly brushed off Lunar until just recently but aside from the sometimes over the top slang I think they to do a really good job of conveying plot points and relating it to english. Unfortunately, neither my DVD player or PS3 will play their XviD releases. I think I might have to start being patient and waiting for Lunar and Shinsen myself...

Aside from being a piss poor game, Battlecry seemed like it was HG's last hurrah with the Macross license. It was from 2002, so it was after Big West was awarded rights to the SDFM designs, but while litigation was still going on between Big West and Tatsunoko.

Shinsen actually got added to the comparison... 9 is one of my favorite episodes thus far, but probably one of the most hard to understand from what I watched. The scene with pixie squadron, especially was confusing to me across the board. Question though, about the Inkouzai laws; I saw it translated as lewdness, child abuse... would 'statutory rape' be a valid comparison or is it a harsher charge?

I don't disagree... but it's still a c***block (or a c***block... i forget which). Really I wouldn't be surprised if that dizzy spell was brought on by her kind of freaking out about not having anything to give him. Either way those 2 (Ranka and Sheryl) have a really odd relationship.

I think both are correct... but then again I grew up with girls who had a fondness for saying 'suck my d***!' Sometimes I wish I was English; the 'C' word over there is like saying 'darn.'
