MB Justice should be coming up at western retailers soon. I received the latest Tamashii Nations offers from the distributor in AU. -
I'm sure this item will be available via Bluefin, so no need to panic. It should be easily available from BBTS once the western orders are solicited to retailers.

Oh yeah I forgot that HM-R wasn’t just Macross exclusive. Seems Bandai are focusing more on their other mecha series in that line. But wow… no Macross HM-R since Feb 2020…

What was the last HM-R released & showcased? Do we fear that the line has been retired by Bandai? They’re still pumping out RS/RD line and pretty consistent with DX VF line. For all the HM-R they teased last time it’s been awfully quiet.

😭 Orange is my fave colour. I have a love / hate relationship with Destiny Gundam. I love the design, but I dislike Shinn Asuka as a character. TM Revolution / Heine is a minor redemption for the unit. 😆 I think I ummed and aahh about getting MB Destiny Gundam Heine custom so many times when it was available 2nd hard for close to SRP, but never pulled the trigger. I'm still holding out for a GFFMC/MB GP01 Zepharantes (will be wishing forever), but Bandai doesn't have enough love for 0083. I'd probably be satisfied with a Metal Robot GP01. I recently caved and purchased RD GP01, and currently in the process of purchasing RD GP01FB.... 😅 Other wishlist MB: Gundam [G] EZ8 Actually speaking of RD, it's so frustrating they released the Powered GM as a TWE... It's my fave GM from 0083. In fact probably my fave GM from all UC Gundam. Yeah it's the orange that does it for me 😂🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠🟠 GFFMC Powered GM would be amazing, but that will never happen. Might have to settle for a MG Powered GM gunpla kit - EDIT: OHHH.... MG Powered GM gunpla kit was also TWE. - Can't win. 😢

There is always the possibility that McShow were able to get the molds from MoShow to release under their own name, that is assuming Bandai did not confiscate everything in the raids.

Strangely enough, MoShow stopped using the name MoShow because they got busted by Bandai and released their Buster 1/72 under the name PoisonToys. I would assume they’d not risk using the MoShow name again, unless they’re doing it for brand recognition.

Wish I had purchased the Launcher and Sword packs previously. Hope they re-release those too or a Perfect Strike pack instead. The MoShow 1/72 Strike is the best Metal Build type Gundam toy in my collection. I probably would not get another one, as it’s so big. 😅 MoShow Freedom or Aegis. That would be amazing!

I’m also in the same boat. The original SFX from Macross is what is nostalgic about Robotech. The new SFX that Harmony Gold used when they remixed takes away a great deal of the nostalgia. I can confirm the new Robotech release on the Funimation streaming platform does not have the original mix so it I was most likely restored from the remix film source. I’d need to watch a bit more to confirm if the additional scenes are included in ep 1. There could be a chance the stereo on Funimation streaming is just a down mix of the surround. -
The crispness of the lines, shading etc - It feels like you're looking at a papercraft VF-1. It's exquisite.

Bandai tease / concept. Since Bandai seem to be sticking to canon TV and DYRL VF-1 valks so far, there is a very low chance we will see this one come to market. Same with the VF-1J Max GBP.

Would love to have Trans Am 00 Raiser Gundam in my collection to display with my other 2 00s, but the 00 Raider already takes up so much space in my detolf there is only just enough space to display 2 together. Also limited funds so I have to choose between DX VF-1 line or MB/GFF MC Gundams… I chose VF-1 🙃

Appreciate the feedback from everyone. I did consider either using my Tenso account or my Rakuten Global Express account to forward the package to me. I'm weary of using Tenso now, as they now charge tax for shipments to Australia so whatever the declared value of the item is (for insurance purposes) will be added on as 10% extra in fees + they also charge 10% on top of shipping rates to Australia. I can't recall if Rakuten are passing on the AU tax. I believe they are supposed to, but the last package I sent from there, additional tax was not added to my shipment out - I think they are only offering Sea mail either way, so my friend could book sea mail himself for the standard shipping rate... yay... it would arrive either around the same time or after my 2nd VF-1S Roy and VF-1J GBP arrive DHL from HLJ in October - 😆 3 valks in October. That would be a blast, but seeing all the 1D pics here, I'm itching to get it in my hands - even though I would probably not have time to play or swoosh it around (same fate as my 1st VF-1S Roy which is sitting here waiting for inspection and subsequent swooshing... It has been sitting like that since end of March)😭

My VF-1D is currently with my friend in Japan, but now we're trying to figure out how to ship it to Australia without paying an arm and leg. We looked into quotes for DHL, but they're coming up as ¥22K, which doesn't match up to what people are getting charged by proxies and e-retailers. EMS is still not open for AU shipments according to JP post website. 1 option I found was Yamato's Kuroneko courier service, which looks to be cheaper than the calculated EMS rate, and less than the average DHL rate I've seen. Question: How are people shipping out via DHL for under ¥6k?

They are trustworthy according to many customers testimonies here on MWF. their site lists EMS on the page linked, but people here have been mentioning that their DX VF-1D orders have been shipped DHL probably due to EMS being more expensive or not available.

I'd much prefer a standard all plastic figure from their standard line over the deluxe figure with fabric. I will admit that the face sculpt is an improvement over the current Rick Hunter figure.

Hikaru was voted #1 fave Macross Saga character in Japan right? So far there are 4 Hikaru SKUs. 4 out of the 7... I'm betting it will be Hikaru again. DYRL VF-1A Hikaru. 😂 Wishful thinking: re-release of the TWE DYRL Super/Strike pack to go with it. Then it will be TV VF-1S Hikaru with bundled Supers. Hikaru will be 66% of the DX VF-1 range! 6 of 9 releases!!! 😆

Why did they paint the blue visor / glasses on the Hikaru pilot figure? He never had those while piloting VT-102. Sloppy Bandai again. 😢 just repaint the pilot's face to be 1 colour to remove the glasses I suppose. 🙄 Pilot inclusion wishlist: Hikaru civilian with helmet (no glasses) Hikaru civilian with yellow goggles Hikaru civilian no helmet with Minmay wearing helmet on his lap Minmay seated Bandai would have charged ¥5,000 more. 😆 We are all so picky. 😛

I'm still disappointed Bandai did not include 2 civilian Hikaru pilot figures. 1 with this helmet and 1 with the flight goggles he wore in episode 1 so we could display both the 1D and fan racer with pilots in the cockpit. 😭 Need custom pilot figures from shapeways now. 1 civilian goggles Hikaru, and 1 seated Minmay.

Release day! I’m eagerly awaiting all the reviews from Japanese collectors who are able to get their hands on it first. Mine will be going to my friend in Japan, which he estimated he will receive by 26th July.
