I was thinking of getting the reissues since they will be cheaper, instead from these shopkeepers who jack-up the price of rare goods. (not that i blame them) Hi guys, I think you get the set, and I think the second set would be coming soon this month. I think the Q-raus would still be available for some time, XL-shop just restocked them but I think their price is a bit expensive. I would deinitely continue to buy the new type of VF after VF1. However, I wish they can just concentrate on one scale so that I could pose my valk together "accurately"

Fellow valk pilots, I have been buying the Lord of the Rings busts from weta sideshow. I think it would be a great idea if Yamato or Bandai could follow their example and produce limited edition polystone busts of Hikaru, Roy, Breetai or even statues of the mecha (in combat pose of course). I seen the the busts of Rick and Roy from HG, they would have look great if not for the name of RT appearing on the statues themselves !!!

I wonder whether Shoji would be amused if he knows that he is known as the "great Hoary Froating Head " ?

Like most of you, I got introduced to Macross through watching RT, I was quite impressed in the realism of the story which included the issues of death and war as well as the strong character development. Not forgetting the transforming military aircraft, that really appeal to me. Back then, I also compared it to the TV cartoons and find cartoons more suitable for children and less complex. When I found out that Robotech was actually adapted from Macross, I went searching for materials of original Macross. I went to such a extent that I even bought a few VHS tapes Chinese dubbed and bought the original strike VF-1S from Bandai. Since then, I was interested in Japanese anime and also a big fan of Gundam. Surprisingly I am not a fan of TF.

Tell you what vostok, if you neeed the money that badly and there are no other choices, sell your toys. Priorities your needs. You will survive without your toys. Look at it this way, you can always buy back those toys once your financial situation is more stable (although it may be more costly than you first bought it and whether it would be available for sale in the future). Remember it is how you priorities your things. Toys are after all just your hobby not a need. However, as mentioned by someone, if your need for money is for only a short period, you may want to consider borrowing from your siblings, relatives or close friends.

Max would never be killed in a battlefield but he is not immortal He would still die of old age unless the scientist discover OT can also make you live forever !!!

wish that fellow who did the designs for the valk could collaborate with SK to come out with some new designs for future macross series. Yeah ....I know...wishful thinking !

Granted Mac II is not officially in the MACROSS universe, we did get to see the upgraded versions of the destroids defending macross city from the marduks. I still think they are required after SW1 as they are more suited in holding strategic positions rather than the valkyries.

In the spirit of Valentine's day, I thought it would be fun to put out a poll on who you want to date most on valentine's day. try to get a copy of the original SDF Macross TV series, the original story is very different and more interesting from Robotech. BTW in the original series, some characters survived the war and was shown as killed in RT story.

well, that's assuming of course that you can live through it. and the restoration period after the war looks like it sucked bad. give me the easy sharon apple years any day. hehe was thinking the same thing yup, you guys are right, that period would be extremely hard to survive, especially if you are a human facing Milia in a Q-Rau power suit !!!!!!!!!

I have choosen the period 2009 to 2012 because I would like to witness the launching of SDF-1 Macross as well as the final epic space battle between the humans and the Zentradis at the end of space war one.
