What happened to your 0A? I haven't had any issues applying decals to any Yamato/Arcadia valks so far. I always use Mr Mark Setter when applying decals. I'm quite lazy and stingy with materials so I often take shortcuts. Like on the VF-1 I did all the panel lining, decaling, and weathering straight onto the bare plastic before applying any clear coating. Doing the same with the 0S. I'm curious about the size difference between the Hasegawa 0S decals and the Arcadia stickers. If there's only a small difference in size, I might pick up a few Hasegawa kits just to get the decals.

Looking good! Yeah those doors can be difficult to open. I took a cue from david and use a guitar pick to pry them open. Just some decals I swiped from a Hasegawa kit. They definitely look better on white plastic as it hides the sticker film better. I don't really like the stickers and wish to this day that they'd throw in a decal sheet, but I'm going to have to start using them as I simply don't have enough spare decals to go around. Only plus side to the stickers is that they're much more durable.

That 1/72 scale Regult looks like it goes really well (size-wise) with the HMR valks. Looks like how big the HMR Regult ought to be.

Just noticed a factory error on my copy where they accidentally tampo printed the leg attachments! J/K It's just some preliminary detailing. This is easily my favorite Arcadia release so far and it's motivated me to stop slacking and get back to work detailing my valks.

Obviously the customs guy opened it up and swooshed it around a bit before putting it back.

Grats on the new arrivals guys! Strongly considering getting a second despite the high price tag. That's just how much I like this thing.

Oh! Forgot to mention that it's molded in the darker Yamato DYRL white, so no pinkish hue, if anyone was concerned about that. Thank goodness. HLJ appears to be on their new year's break till January 4th. (I had to email them about another issue and haven't heard back yet.)

Some quick pics. Roy easily has the best paint scheme in all of Macross. Legs are totally fine on mine so far. However, the instrument panel was poorly glued on and came off with just a slight touch. Easy to remedy. I guess I would rather deal with a loose part that I can easily reattach than have to perform open leg surgery.

Yes, she's a lovely bird. My reception upon receiving the 0A was a bit lukewarm, but now that I have it in Roy's paint scheme, I love it! It's molded in white all over, so you won't have to worry about scratching up the paint during transformation like on the 0A.

Will transform it when I get home later. Gotta check those legs out while HLJ will still accept returns!

I've got some spare UN spacy decals that are just the right size, so even though I wish they were printed on, it's not a big deal to me. Paid for mine. Should be here right after Christmas.

Bought myself one in white to match the new system I built. Now if they just made a solar powered mouse, I'll be set!

Nice! I think I've had almost every Sheryl and Ranka figure in my collection at some point, though I've sold a bunch due to space or I didn't like the quality. Wedding dress Sheryl arrived today. Looks great, but as usual the face doesn't look right. Don't know why it's so hard to get Sheryl's face right. Out of all the Sheryl figures to come out over the years, only a few I feel actually look like her.

Are the Yamato stand adapters still available?
