Yeah. That's a must if you don't want your work to get rubbed off. I still want to be able to handle my valks afterwards. They're not models even if I try to make them look like it. They were both kinda flimsy but the left was definitely more problematic than the right on mine.

It'd be better scan the sticker sheet as hi res as you can, then clean up the image files and print them onto decal paper. But you'll be limited by the fact that you can't print white and decal paper is either transparent or solid white. Transparent decals are really only good on white valks (which are a lot anyway) and white-backed decals are only useful for solid shapes; can't really use it for text. Or you can invest in a specialized decal printer and go nuts printing your own decals. -
Hehe thanks. I personally thought it was a bit sloppy, but I'm much happier with the overall look when combined with the super parts.

I wish. If they did, I'd have just bought that version and decaled it myself and saved $50.

The turtle that my super parts were strapped to finally arrived. It was a bit of a hassle getting everything locked together because the leg armor connections on mine were pretty flimsy and kept popping off. But it looks great once everything is together. Overall very similar in feel to the VF-25 super parts.

I've been fortunate with my Yamato/Arcadia releases. I've had far more problems with Bandai valkyries over the years. Those issues are well-documented too. Have to spend time and money scrounging for decals wherever I can.

I'd like to see Arcadia get the license for 1/60 Frontier toys and take a crack at the VF-25. It'll cost more for sure, but it would be nice to get non-crooked wings, working hardpoints, more restrained use of die cast, better locking mechanisms, joints that don't go floppy after one transformation, a decent looking pilot, white landing gears, etc. Just please please please tampo print at least the same markings as Bandai! Don't make me buy a "premium" version for that!

Yeah getting out of CC debt should be your top priority. You're just burning a lot of your money for nothing paying those high interest rates. As others have suggested, getting a lower interest consolidation loan or transferring them to some 0% interest cards to help pay them off are good options. Cutting back on luxury expenses to help pay your debts off faster will be best for you in the long run, even if you have to cancel some preorders today. As a curiosity, would you be willing to sell me your soul for $5?

Because NY sucks. Poor service, high shipping, no customer service whatsoever. If NY was really as good as some people believe, there wouldn't be a need for the constant shilling. Their quality would speak for itself.

They couldn't just use the regular 1S box and slap a "Premium Finish" sticker on it? Would've been cheaper than printing all new boxes.

Ah that's good to know. Thanks! I wish I could get a VF-1 that had the Arcadia white, full tampo, and the rainbow canopy. Sigh.

Ask and ye shall receive! It's the same Arcadia white as far as I can tell. Having it (almost) fully tampo printed makes it look fantastic, as anyone who's decaled or stickered up their VF-1s can attest to. Only drawback is the weird looking yellow graphic Arcadia used for the landing gear markings. Don't know why they didn't just use the standard markings. And of course I wish the canopy was tinted, as always. I didn't resize any of the images, so you can click on each pic to see a much higher res version if you want to check out the tampo printing more closely. Weird looking landing gear door markings.

Paid for mine. Because of Paypal's shenanigans, I don't use anything automatic with them, and now I always check the conversion rate before paying because of Paypal's propensity to "accidentally" change it to their terrible conversion rate just so they can skim money off the top.

PO for the Roy premium finish opened up again very briefly on HLJ so I went ahead and ordered one. More than I really want to pay for any VF-1 but I must have Roy's premium version over Hikaru's! I'm thinking of selling the two regular versions I already have to fund this purchase...

Be careful what you wish for. If people stopped shopping there entirely, they'll just go out of business, and then you'll lose your precious "cheapest" option. NY sucks.

The YF-30 looks like a really sad dude cosplaying as the VF-31. I can see the tape holding the leg armor on.
