The 31J in the background is the Kai version, which does come with reaction missiles... but not super parts.

LOL at the idea of Bandai including A and S heads in a single HMR release. This is the company that came up with the awful swappable wings so you couldn't use the 171 armor set with the 171EX and vice versa.

My Kikan Taizen Yamato finally arrived. I wasn't sure I really wanted it since I had the Megahouse Cosmo Fleet version already, but I was able to get it at half price, so I went for it. She's small; almost the exact same size as the CF version, but much better molded and painted/finished. She's also equipped with LEDs for lighting the bridge, side windows, shield generator, engines, and the wave motion gun. That's a lot packed into such a petite package! Bandai also wisely chose to use flexible PVC for the little antennae to avoid breakage. A good substitute if you don't have the big (and way more expensive) chogokin version.

Interesting. AE is usually a day or two later than other shops when getting in new releases. I'm trying to decide if I really need 3x VF-2SS or if two will be sufficient. I better decide before payment requests arrive.

I use a pair of small scissors meant for modeling, like these: https://hlj.com/product/TAM74031 Small nose hair scissors work well too (provided yours aren't all gross from being up in your nose).

Sorry to hear about the missing parts. I'd be super pissed if someone touched my valkyries without permission and lost or broke something. I'd definitely keep my valkyries behind glass if I had strangers coming over to clean my house on a regular basis when I'm not home. Should invest in some Detolfs. #firstworldproblems

Dammit Saburo! You're making it really hard for me to wait until February to get my premium Miria! I already put it in my shopping cart on a daily basis but never actually check out. I never noticed the inside of the nozzles were painted gold. Interesting. Also glad they have proper TV style armors.

I'd just be wary when using Flightpose stands and make sure that the tips are never in contact with any painted surfaces.
