Yikes! Sorry to hear about the crooked deflector dish. Did you buy it direct from Eaglemoss? They should replace it if you email them about it. TOS Enterprise is so far the best of the XL line. Eaglemoss doesn't seem to have problems lining up the window paint when there are far fewer of them. Hoping for an XL refit Enterprise that fixes the problems of the smaller release (which they did address with the A). Namely the wrong color and complete lack of detail. Mmmm not really digging the design of the Aventine. I also don't like how the concept C looks from the front/back. It makes me think of an overweight duck struggling to swim. Anyone pick up any Discovery ships yet?

Most recent package I sent out went to Humble, which is like a 35 minute drive away. The label said "1 day" on it... took USPS four days to deliver it.

Yeah the Eaglemoss ships have pretty spotty QC. I bought them during a sitewide sale and are my desktop "whooshing" toys so I'm not quite as picky about their QC failures. I already have nice illuminated models of almost all the Enterprises already, and these are not taking their place.

The only ones I'm aware of are the AMT 3 piece model sets. They were 1/2500 scale. There have been multiple sets released over the years which included all the Enterprises. USPS sucking unusually hard lately. Last couple of items I sent to some fellow MW members via 2 day priority mail took 4 and 5 days, not counting Sunday.

Why's that? If you're comparing it to the Yamato version, yeah it's definitely a downgrade, but that's true for any HMR VF. HMR looks best in battroid mode and weakest in fighter mode, which unfortunately is how I would want to display the VE-1.

Received my concept Enterprise-C. Only half the darkened windows on the saucer underside are painted. Strangely enough, both halves have the same number of windows, but one half has all of them with "lights on". Did any of you guys get a replacement unit yet?

Finally had some time to fix up the VF-2SS SAP a bit so they didn't look so plain. It's the best VF-2SS toy around so I wanted it to not look so out of place next to my 1/60s.

Nice! Yeah I meant the Mafex looked more like Heath Ledger than the Figuarts version. The Figuarts Joker looks more like some dude cosplaying as the Joker lol

How's it compare with the Figuarts version? I thought it was a better likeness of Heath Ledger in the promo pics.

There's always going to be fewer buyers for more expensive things. As a web exclusive item, I doubt Arcadia needs to sell anywhere near as many units as the iPhone for it to be profitable. In the case of the iPhone X, it looks like it sold pretty well, but not as much as Apple hoped.
