NY appears to subsidize their preorder price by gouging people who didn't stay up late and make it through their spinning wheels of death to get a preorder in. Not saying that's bad, that just appears to be their model.

You mean Kumo Kumo. They ought to continue the line with all the Walkure but the Delta figure releases have been pretty anemic whereas we're still getting Sheryl & Ranka figures 10 years on. -
That looks great! I've been interested in the RG line for awhile, but with so many valks that need attention, I don't want to divert time away from them for gunpla... though that RG Zeta Gundam looks real nice too... Bandai where's my MB Nu Gundam?

Taking them apart makes it way easier to work on them, especially for coating all the visible surfaces for every mode. That's just the extra hassle for a transforming toy. It'd be easier to get away with not having to take it apart on a non-transforming Gundam.

Bandai wouldn't do that. They'll just release them with swappable, unit-specific wings, so you can't put Arad's armor on Hayate's unit, and so on.

Somewhat annoying that Bandai won't give us the entire group in SHF format. And we get a white outfit anniversary Sheryl but no anime color version? Where's my Ranka Lee SHF? Even the Ichiban Kuji line only gave us Freyja and Mikumo. Curse Bandai's bizarre release decisions.

Out of all the valkyries I own (close to 100), the Arcadia VF-0S is probably the best transforming valkyrie around. Even better if you spring for the PF version. The only drawback is the price tag. Finally got my 0S to 100% completion and fully decked out. Now on to the next project. Hikaru is just a placeholder for the eventual Arcadia SV-51.

After all picking up all those Metal Build Gundams recently, I decided I needed an RX-78 to go with them. Not having one would be like having a Macross collection without a VF-1!

I don't recall having any issues fitting the pegs into the foot, though that was several years ago. The pegs broke like a year later, just from the stress of holding the figure up. Well, more like the pegs started to bend, causing Klan to slowly lean to one side, before finally giving way.

Thank you, sir! I used some leftover Hasegawa decals from a previous project. It would have been no problem to scan, scale them up to 1/60, and print them, but the size difference is so little that I didn't bother. My homemade decals tend to be noticeably thicker and not as crisp as the professionally made ones. Not Yamato sticker thick, but you can tell the difference. -

Mafex did release a Batpod awhile back, if you weren't already aware. Yeah I'm getting the Figuarts Seline Kyle too. I'll compare it to the Mafex version and probably sell off the one I like less. -
