  1. Roger that. Thanks!
  2. Thank you. How you guys fine this stuff IDK! So supers, but not Strikes? Is there only one 1/48 Yamato VF-1A Mass Production version? Or is there area DYRL and a SDFM version. And if two versions, what's the difference. Thanks! So this should be DYRL accurate?
  3. In DYRL did the VF-1 (they were A's correct) CF's have Super or Super and Strike parts? I've been Googling trying to find screen shots or something but I can't come up with anything. Are these pics DYRL accurate (aside from the red skulls on the packs)? Strike packs? Or Just Super packs? Thanks!
  4. Saw this last night. I was expecting a dumpster fire, but it wasn't too bad. Certainly entertaining and sometime pretty funny. my quick review: -I find it incredibly annoying when the main protagonist turns "bad a$$" in the matter of moments. Can't shoot a gun? No problem, here is a nasty 12ga about half your size. Protagonist blasts watermelons like John Wick. "Bad a$$" transformation complete. The hero needs to overcome adversity to grow. Not master stuff first try. That is what makes the "hero" a hero. And, I'm am sick to my back teeth of this completely ridiculous trend of pitting 110lb women against multiple full grown men in hand to hand combat and the women come out on top. The best women fighters in the world will tell you that it doesn't matter how much skill they have, they're rag dolls when going up against men. Firstly it's ridiculous and lazy writing. And two it sets fantasy level expectations for young impressionable women. There have been big outcry's in the past of how the female body type/beauty sets an unreasonable standard for young women and is therefore damaging to them. This is exactly the same except in this case these young women are now emboldened and think they can come out on top in a physical confrontation with a man. I have seen a LOT of clips of women/girls taking sucker punches at guys/men and then the woman/girl gets knocked out in one punch. Maybe if that woman/girl didn't have the expectation that she stood any chance at all she never would have taken that swing. -The story line was actually not too bad and it explained everything with enough detail to make it stick. -The polite bad guy Terminator was fantastic. I loved that twist. -The OG Terminator (Arnie) doing drapes for a living and then the scene where he was explaining why you can't do solid colors in a little girls room was priceless. I was laughing my tail off! -The action stuff was pretty good. Standard Terminator stuff. I did get a bit over the top toward the end. But I can deal with it. The Hummer under water working out how it did was well...........well into the realm of fantasy. -This is me nit picking but It's because one of my hobbies is bio-hacking be it through what sort of foods you're eating, when/how you eat them, etc to manipulate your hormones to do what you want them too do. There is also an entire level of supplements (natural stuff) that is stacked on top of that. I think Eve (was that girl from the futures name?) would have been a lot more fleshed out and interesting as a character is she had to eat mass quantities of food (and maybe a few "meds") to keep herself powered up. They explained her crashing problem with "ramped up metabolizm" but she never injected herself with anything that would help with that. Actually the insulin injections would have killed her if she didn't immediately follow the shot up with ingesting a massive amount of carbs/sugar. Her constantly stuffing her face with food would have made for a neat facet to her character. And would have made more sense.
  5. That's Godzuki when he was but just a wee pup.
  6. From what I understand Bandai usually puts something in the May release slot.
  7. Everything produced has a failure rate. You unfortunately became part of the 1/2%. One failed elbow does not make the entire product line "junk". If your brand new car has to go in for a warranty claim do you swear off buying a car from that company ever again? If so you will probably end up buying one car from each manufacturer over your lifetime.
  8. edit
  9. @Slave IV I thought these were shipped a long time ago.
  10. That's actually Peter Parker in there.
  11. Second Stealth is in the house!
  12. It's not all puppies an unicorn farts. I've been a worn out stress ball since August. My fitness tracker thingy has my sleep at an average of 4:18 for the past 30 days. There is a ton of growth going on right now. Which is great. But stressful. I imagine I have another year of what's going on right now before it lets up. Fingers crossed it planes out a bit after that then one more big push and hopefully able to retire at 55. I probably won't do it. I want he option though. Lot's can go wrong though. If China turns into a long term problem I'm in trouble (so is everyone else I suppose). One stoke of the pen in Washington and my entire industry could change. I don't think I could work somewhere again. But, I do miss just "punching the clock" sometimes.
  13. Not an auto, but there is no motorcycle thread so I figured I would post here. Went into the dealer yesterday to get the straight scoop from a friend that I used to race with that is working there and to kick some tires. I'm thinking of getting back into doing track days.......and maybe some racing again. I haven't been on a bike in 12yrs. They have come a LONG way. The Superbikes are making more power and have an incredible level of electronics that rivals the Factory race bikes back from when I was racing. The technological advancement is astounding. You only use the clutch to get rolling from a stop now. All gear changes are with the foot lever only. The electronics takes care of everything else. That would take some getting used to. The traction/slide control is out of this world. You can set how much tire slip you want as well as the slip angle, whack the throttle open and just let it do it's thing. Back when I was racing all of those electronics were in your right wrist. And if you got it wrong you were on a one way trip to the moon. Another thing that would take a while to get used to. And the power. Holy smokes. They have street bikes in there with just an exhaust and tune making more power than the full works factory race bikes of my time had. And they have a WARRANTY! I want to get back on the track bad. I have never been happier than when I was racing. At 48 I'm getting up there. But not officially over the hill yet. It's a tough call. I want to ride. But, I've met my quota of 180mph crashes. I'm not sure I want to have another one of those. I've got the next few months to decide I suppose. Going to have to do some soul searching on this one. 2020 Ducati Panigale V4
  14. On the subject of China I just got a email from one of my suppliers. They're estimating they're going to be 4-6 weeks late on getting my order filled because they can't get the raw aluminum out of China. There only letting "medical flights" out. I'm not sure what that means except it doesn't include aluminum. I asked my supplier if they can get the aluminum somewhere else and if so what the extra cost passed on to me would be. Looking forward to that number.
  15. Excellent! Thank you very much.
  16. Thank you. I just pulled the trigger on a Toynami Alpha/Beta both MISB for $550. Not too shabby I suppose. They will work great to display in fighter mode I think. I canceled one of my two Evolution Legioss's (Legioss'?) that I was going to display in fighter mode. So there is a bit of a "push" going on there. Can someone tell me the best stand(s) for the Alpha/Beta? I'm guessing Flightpose stands?? Like two of them? Anyone have their displayed like this? Did you use two the same size or are the sizes staggered so the Alpha/Beta isn't nose down? Thanks!
  17. I have a couple of suppliers in China. I haven't heard anything yet. Fingers crossed my big 300 unit order gets made/shipped and is delivered without creepy crawlies.
  18. I've asked this before. But I forgot the answer. Again, I'm considering getting a Toynami Alpha/Beta to display in fighter mode. I want blue. Am I correct that these two units are what makes a Alpha/Beta in blue? -Toynami MPC Alpha VFA-6H Scott Bernard -Tynami MPC Beta VFB-9H Rand I know these aren't exactly known for top quality. I'm thinking I would not transform them and just display them in fighter mode. I'm not sure I want to wait the 1-2-3 years it will take Sentinel to come out with a Beta. If ever. What say you?
  19. COOL!!!!
  20. I support this idea! I was going to have LEK do a 1S for me. He's booked through 4th quarter.............2021!!!! I was like, man, I may not even be alive by then.
  21. I trust that I ordered it once and one was sent. I wouldn't give them my dog to take care of for the weekend,
  22. Needs more cowbell.
  23. All they need is a material change.
