  1. Thanks Yeti! You love to see every Valk in this flight position. With that XL arm clearance, we can post it in Gerwalk as well, correct?
  2. I second to that. I'm backing up Mr.B on this one.

    Bandai 1/35 DX VF-1

    Hmmm...
  4. Hey Yeti. Thanks for this. But this is just advisable on one Valk per mount, correct? Thanks!
  5. I LIKE! As long that it's stable and sturdy that's the one I'm going to invest. Been thinking about that before. But not sure if it's doable. But seeing it can be done. I'm going to save now for YetiStands. Imagining now all my Red Black Valks in formation.

    Bandai 1/35 DX VF-1

You're not alone. But for me, I wanted to be in Gerwalk mode... coz it's Macross and that's what they're know for.
  7. Are you guys planning on selling it that's why you're reboxing it? And this is not because of the 1/1800 announcement, right? Time to lurk the F/S thread once again...
  8. Let's just hope they will get approval on the license first coz that's the only thing preventing them to do the FB2012 version. As of now, we're not sure what the deal made by Bandai and Big West for Bandai to make the HMR version. If it's transformable then it's safe to assume that Arcadia can't afford the amount that BW wants. Whereas Bandai is a big company so they have more moola than Arcadia for them to pay the rights. But yeah, even there's an HMR version, once Arcadia made the FB2012 version for this it's going to be an instant winner for them.
  9. Nice to see another Dunbine collector. I love Dunbine since the 80's and I didn't have any good figures before except 1 Billbine kit which I already throw it out before. And I'm planning on getting all the regular releases. The exclusive ones which is just repaints, no. But if it's a all new figure, then yes. But any repaints, not on my list. And I also collect regular releases too for L-Gaims.
  10. Probably true. And besides, it didn't mentioned on the Info Card that it's a transformable SDF-1.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Count on it that there will be brackets included just like with the YF-30.

    Hi-Metal R

If one of the VF-2SS is web exclusive then that means, just one Tenjin artwork for HMR and the second one for Evo Toys. Just keeping my hopes high. Actually, that's what I thought too at first. Then I just look closely. Hehehe. Arcadia made us color blind, treatment. Hahaha!
  13. Hey Mr.David! Good to see you back during the announcements. Regarding the SDF, yeah, I guess you guys are right. Probably it's just a prototype. But I was just thinking that would help if it's made of PVC/Vinyl to lower the cost down and to lower the retail price somehow, right? I mean, at that size, a full blown model kit type of plastic will be somehow heavy esp on the main gun turrets? But a hollow PVC/Vinyl but still transformable is somehow 'practical' in every way? You know, like those 3-4ft Batman/Superman/Darth Vader/Storm Trooper figures? What do you think?

Maintenance crew platform or pilot platform? Just guessing here. If ever Evo Toys is one of them, then that's an added bonus. If not, it's ok. Still keeping that PO. Thanks for this update, Jarrod. Looking forward if this is not going to be a 'parts-former'. Your comments and sense of humor never ceases to amaze me. I think that's Roy's box on the photo.
  15. Hahaha! Forgot about 'that' doll. I was thinking of a 'regular' Minmay look. That's why I describe it ala-Miku. Hehehe.

    Bandai 1/35 DX VF-1

Thanks for posting this, Jarrod. It's exciting. From what you've posted, this one looks promising. I just hope that it will pass the resin stage and on to the mass production conveyor. If not, I envy those who get to see the actual 1/35 VF-1 figure. By the way, not sure if this is already discussed, but can you tell us which VF-1? J, A, D, or S? Thanks!

    Bandai DX VF-31

I forgot who mentioned it. But I remember from what he meant on the Fold Quartz is that on some of the recent DX Valks releases, the Quartz is just 'painted on' instead of using 'clear-colored plastics' on the toy.
  18. Great review as always, jenius! Salute! I love Arcadia's YF-19.

    BANDAI DX YF-19!!

Thanks for sharing @EFSF. Looking forward to your 'snapshot' of the DX YF-19. Be careful though.
  20. I'm just thinking... would it be safe to say that this might be made of 'Vinyl/PVC' instead of regular plastic used for toys and kits? And this is just basing it on the photo. It has that different kind of plastic feel from the looks of it. What do you guys think? If ever, that helps the price a little bit lower, correct?
  21. Oh yeah. My bad. I'm just used on typing the VF-4 with G nowadays. Sorry. Chogokin Minmay doll? Pass. I'll rather buy a Figuarts Minmay. I don't want to see a creepy Minmay just like the creepy Miku Chogokin.
  22. It's not straight??? That I didn't know. j/k So the EVA cockpit from all the girls are the same? Thought it varies on the color. And this is based on what I've seen on Hobby Search. Thought Rei came with white color and the rest are somehow silver metallic. Guess I need to rest my eye now.

    BANDAI DX YF-19!!

Thanks for this joppewo! Now it's confirmed. Hmmm... VF-4G and VF-2SS/SAP, instabuy for me... ok, ok, YF-19 as well. Now time to work hard to save $1 a day.
  24. Following your footsteps on this one, Misters David and B.
