    Hi-Metal R

Also, make sure to check Tamashii site from time to time with their Macross Hi-Metal R section so you can budget everything ahead of time. Enjoy collecting!
  3. Hey Bandai! I'm still waiting for Roid's DX Elvis Draken. Make sure to make that white one first before investing on a purple Ba's Draken instead of greens.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Hubba Hubba! Where this from? I want a poster of this one now! Where can I get one?
  5. Thanks sumyumgoy! I'm planning on using Flory's too for easy application and correction if ever I messed up. Yes sir! That's what I'm planning on doing this weekend if time permits. I will topcoat the whole thing so that by next week I can start applying panel wash. But since you guys said it's hard to do panel wash, now I'm considering mechanical pencil. That way, it has the light 'dirty weathered' look from the lead and smudges. Anyways, we'll see what's the best way.

    Macross figures

    Opportunist, maybe?
  7. Rule of thumb. It's always been a commercial for toys and merchandise whether the story is good or bad.
  8. Thanks for your input, JIS. Does that mean Reina had a boob job as well? Wow. She's not petite anymore.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Bandai doesn't have the habit on selling their Valks in bundle. The only one I think was Isamu's VF-19/Adv. So expect that the Armored Pack will be exclusive. Which in turn, can make everyone customized their own Armored Pack, whereas Isamu's can't because the boosters used on him even though it's the same as the VF-25's, the slots are not the same so it makes more sense to bundle it with the VF-19. Nope. That's still the same 31J he has. Check the wing folded in Battroid mode.
  10. Thanks chyll2! Thanks technoblue! I don't have the talent yet esp like the guy below this reply. But I make sure somehow to find time to do it somehow. Thanks Mr Cheng! Glad you liked it. Yeah, that's my next goal, sir. Just some light panel lining.

    Bandai DX VF-31

I was wondering. The missile pod near the shoulder that comes from the booster on the back. Seeing that the orientation is different from Fighter/Gerwalk and with the Battroid, I'm assuming the missile pod slides to where it is in Battroid. Can't stop thinking that in toy form, this will be heavy and bring tension to the sliding joint if that's how it's going to get built. Overtime, we're going to see those big missile pods drooping. Ok. Now they're stretching. Why Mirage have a SV-262? Would it help boost the Draken sale for this if ever? I also wonder. Expect that it's going to have, sir. Esp those Wing Boosters in which where the shoulder Missile Pods are attached too. For sure, we're definitely going to have clear support stands for those. This is expected, as always. Luckily, I'm one of the chosen buyers for this scheme, Xigfrid.
  15. 18cm is just right. The only thing I don't like is the 'gundam-styled' waist split armor. I understand the need to do it so to make those dynamic pose. But I grew up watching them not doing too much dynamic poses. Just sayin'. But at the end of the end, I'm still IN. This is an opportunity for me to own these two for the first time until Bandai decides to announce DX Soc Voltes V and Daimos.

  17. Finally I finished applying the decals to my Hikaru VF-1S. Funny that I started this project with the VF-1S but ended up finishing the VF-0S first.
  18. Thanks Xigfrid! Can't wait to see your decaled VF-0S soon.

    Bandai DX VF-31

It looks so busy. But, hey, it's Red and White! My kind of scheme. I wonder how the armor looks on Messer's.
  20. Wow! Imagine. A few years ago, everyone is so emotional for missing these Valks and now it gets re-release and it's already on discount. Same thing with the VF-4G. How I wish Hot Toys are like this. That way, I'll make sure I buy the ones that I ignored since HT are expensive.
  21. Woot! Voltes V and Daimos! I'm definitely IN for those two!!! And it looks like it comes with a display base stand. I wonder if this is same size and height of the SRC line? Or it's somewhere between SRC and SOC size? Hmmm. Either way, I'm still going to get these two.

  23. That's a great fig right there, @Saburo! How about you keep this one mint and buy another for playing. What d'ya say?
  24. Uhm... so where's Venom?
