  1. I think it's optional if you want to display it in Daedalus Attack mode. Because at No.37, it's an option if you want the doors opened or closed. The closed ones doesn't have the units in there.
  2. Yes, I believe so. YF-21, VF-22, and VF-22 Moonshooters. I guess, we could say the same thing with their VF-11. VF-11B, Super VF-11B, VF-11B Nothung, and VF-11D Thunder Focus. There's no VF-11C but they manage to retool the cockpit for VF-11D since it's a two-seater.
  3. Good to know that's not in USD. So back to Marvel Legends regular pricing then. For the whole Thanks BAF set that's roughly $140-150+ for sure. It's sure is cheaper than Hot Toys.

    Hi-Metal R

    Same here.
  5. But I love that candy apple red on that car. Nice! Speaking of canopies, are you willing to sell one of them extra blue ones?
  6. It's used to be like that before. But they changed how it works now. If you still using Paypal with them, by now you should probably agreed to their paypal billing agreement. It will automatically get the fundings from Paypal whenever the item is ready without you getting a payment request. What change is that, since it's going to automatically charge your Paypal, you can't control anymore which card you want to use everytime you pay them everytime you get payment request before. So think of it like a typical online shop that has your 'Credit Card on File' on hand which they would just charge automatically whatever payment option you put in your preference. That being said, when they rolled out that new payment update, I changed it back to my Credit Card instead. And what I do is I change which Credit Card to use from time to time depend on the item release dates.
  7. True. Let's compare it with the Hot Toys Gladiator Hulk then. Still not $240. It's around $350+. The only point I'm making is that you can't bring Hot Toys to level it with the Marvel Legends line just because the total price for getting the BAF Thanos ended up somewhere with current Hot Toys pricing. With Marvel Legends BAF series, you'll get 6 different figures and Thanos for $240. At the end of the day, if you only want Thanos from this set, wait for someone to sell it over eBay. I'm pretty sure it's not the same price as Hot Toys.
  8. What travesty is this?
  9. Thanks for this. Now you made me rethink of getting one to display with Makurosu. By the way, great collection.
  10. And make sure you bring lots of money.
  11. I'm liking the Spider-Man outfit. Cool gold linings. Just so you know the first released Hot Toys Thanos cost around $400+. And that was years ago. Imagine how much this new Thanos will cost now. By the way, $220+ is just for their regular 'figure'. And you know how big Thanos is, right? But if you have that extra $400+, go for it. Just sayin'.
  12. For sure, it's the San Francisco City Workers who are being paid by the taxpayers. Wait... that's us! They really need to implement the Sokovia Accords around here too.
  13. HLJ already charged me for the new SDF-1 kit.
  14. Here I was thinking that you have spare Valks since you probably bought those sets only for the TV Missiles since most sets that comes with the Strike/Super Parts doesn't have the TV Missiles.
  15. PO started way back the end of September of last year from what I remember.
  16. I'm basing the sample shipping fee I got from CDJapan which is around Y3700. As per JapanPost, that's the price for 1.5kg. So let's assume the item is around 2kg just to be safe. From JapanPost pricing 2kg is around Y4500 for EMS to USA. Add that to NY cost which is Y19800. Total would be Y24300. That's $222 in USD. $20+ cheaper from BBTS' $249.99. And that's without shipping yet. But remember the Y4500 (2kg) is just an estimate.
  17. Kind of like grey color scheme. Probably the nearest scheme is the Moonshooters scheme. VF-171 Nightmare Plus http://macross.jp/deltamovie/mechanic/index06.php
  18. Thank you sir. Really appreciate it.
  19. Original HM VF are all DYRL based so no TV style missiles. However, on the HM-R releases, the ones that came with the TV style missiles are the single VF-1J release, the GBP VF-1J, Messer's VF-1S, and the cannon fodder VF-1A. The rest are have the DYRL release including both Max's and Millia's VF-1J.
  20. Sweet ride, Spanner. Does it come in leather? No worries, man. I also have two of those 'loose' figures. Planning on making a custom scheme on one. The only reason I bought before is because of the Super/Strike Packs. Not 100%. Some of them looks good with each other. Some don't. But as for the Figuarts Bale Batman and Mafex Heath Joker. If you look closely again on the pic posted by Anubis. Joker's head is in-line with Batman's ear tip which means Joker is a little bit taller than Batman. But, for overall they look good together.
  21. By any chance, do you have some pic for both MM Makuros beside a KC SD VF-1's? Just curious to see how they look together. If they're good together I might consider getting one of these SD VF-1's to display it with. Thanks!
  22. Just make sure to plan a visit to Akihabara. You never know what collectibles you're going to bring it home. You can also add Tamashii Showroom on your itinerary which is also located to Akihabara. And check out personally the things they're going to release in the next few months. Anyways, enjoy your trip.
  23. You meant VF Hi-Metal and not HMR (Hi-Metal R), right?
  24. I wouldn't count on it since it's not shown on their promo pictures. Right now, that's the only basis we have. But if it's going to have, then that's going to be a bonus. Besides, the artwork that was basis for on this re-imagined format doesn't have that guidance system.
