  1. I only kept my low-vis and stealth.
  2. Ummm...why would you buy something on auction that won't be released for another six months? And, doesn't the seller get paid up front? It seems like a risky venture to me. What if the item never gets released? Or recalled?
  3. I have been at this for years and have never successfully placed a preorder at AmiAmi. I have had my best luck with HLJ and NY. HLJ reopens preorders from time to time, so at least there is a chance.
  4. AmiAmi preorders are stories parents tell their children.
  5. Received HLJ confirmation Thanks for the link (their listing is BS by the way (no 'Macross' or 'Delta' in the title?)). Anyway, good luck to all. Time to sleep.
  6. Ummm...what time will that be on the West Coast (PST)?
  7. Isn't this toy more expensive? And, given that a lot of people were disappointed by the series (and alarming lack of mecha action) wouldn't there be fewer folks coughing up cash this time around? Or will it be more popular as it's an enemy mecha?
  8. "Life is like a bunch of preorders...you never know how they will turn out"
  9. I would have loved to see the look on the faces of the scalpers when they bought all of those VF-171 Cannon Fodder.
  10. I woke up just before 6am (PST). It appears that the pre-order excitement is over. I'm not sweating it. I have managed to get all my new valks in the days/weeeks after original preorders become available. Kudos to the folks who snagged toys last night,
  11. Any theories as to when these new toys will go on sale?
  12. I'm sure it has already been asked, but why haven't we seen this thing transformed yet?
  13. It shipped by Air Small Packet.
  14. So, my VF-0S arrived at customs in Los Angeles on 01/13/16. How many days does it take to move forward?
  15. Throw them away?? Not when I'm spending $200-300 a toy. But to answer your question...I stack my boxes (with inserts) tetris style in my closet. Bandai and Arcadia have produced more efficient-sized, smaller boxes, when compared to some of the beasts that Yamato produced. I'm up to 31 valks, a modest collection.
  16. I broke down and bought one The temptation was too great I have no idea how I will pay for it
  17. I take it that most folks are buying from HLJ.
  18. Does the gunpod on the new VF-0S droop as much as the Yamato variant? My Yamato has the gun sitting on the ground when the fighter is on a flat surface. It's one of the problem attributed to the floppiness.
  19. Of course they would have to be redesigned. But, given Arcadia's track record so far, I am confident they would do a good job of it.
  20. Now we just need Arcadia to release the SV-51s. :-)
  21. Any chance this toy will go on sale?
