  3. I'm gonna pre-order this joker ASAP. -Kyp
  4. Umm...I don't suppose I could send you one + a reasonable fee to weather it by any chance? -Kyp
  5. Oh GOD, PLEASE make the 1J Stealth!!!! -Kyp
  6. I've been waiting for a V2 1/60 VF-1J Stealth, I really hope Yamato does that one sometime soon. -Kyp
  7. I'd really like to know what he used to panel line it with. -Kyp
  8. Indeed, fans of the VF-25 are just screwed, they improved the design on the VF-27, leaving us out in the cold. They REALLY screwed us on the 1/60 version too, but that's a topic for the other forum.... -Kyp
  9. What did you use to panel line the VF-0S? -Kyp
  10. Does the backpack part really sit that high up in fighter mode? -Kyp
  11. Is it just me, or is this version less shiny and more of a matt finish? -Kyp
  12. Canopy is also clear as well. I'm glad they finally stopped putting that rainbow color on there, I liked it, but not when it starts to spider web crack and come off... -Kyp
  13. Thanks, too bad babel fish can't seem to translate the page so I can find my way around, lol. -Kyp
  14. Link to thread, please. -Kyp
  15. Nobody even knew who the hell she was till Transformers came out, she got lucky and it was a good ride while it lasted, but it's all downhill from here. -Kyp
  16. OMFG...and I thought the custom 1/2000 by vf_1s was amazing, this totally puts that to shame!!!!!11111Shift+1=! -Kyp
  17. The feet thrusters reminds me of Yamato's V.1 1/60 VF-1's and the legs look like they sit too far apart in fighter mode, pass. The only ones I'm waiting for to see how they turn out are the VF-171, VF-19A/YF-19, YF-21/VF-22, VF-27, and...if they decide to revisit them, the VF-25 series. -Kyp
  18. Been there, done that, but in my opinion, it's a lot easier to build and have it look nice than ANY hasegawa kit as painting for the most part isn't really necessary, other than the canopy and a few other small details like the head lasers, etc... That being said, it's looking really good Micky, you've definite picked the hardest road to building it, but in the end it's going to be up to you to decide if all the effort was worth it. Also, I could never bring myself to buy the DX version, it looks like ass when compared to the model version. If only they could have taken this design and scaled it up to 1/60 and made some reinforcements here and there, they would have easily had something on par with Yamato's offerings in my honest opinion. The VF-27 DX comes to mind... -Kyp
  19. I've been wanting to do something with mine for a long time now, I was just finally inspired by the author's post, lol. -Kyp
  20. I just tried PM'ing Graham, but I get the message saying he can't use the messenger (Not sure why), I would like to think that he's seen this and passed the link to this thread to Yamato. -Kyp
  21. Nice solution, after seeing yours, I decided to do something with mine as well, but my solution was a bit more...radical: The boobie ducks are permanently glued to the spare backpack I dedicated for super mode. As you can see, I have an unmodified complete back pack assembly that I can swap back into place with a single screw for when I remove the fast packs. It was among the few pieces I had left over from when I parted out my other 1'60 V2 Roy 1S a couple of years ago. The thing I like about my solution is that it does away with that plastic brace piece thus making it look more like the line art. -Kyp
  22. So awesome, I had to put a link to your thread in my sig. I think I can safely say that this build won't be equaled let alone be exceeded anytime soon, if ever. -Kyp
  23. That would totally blow. -Kyp
  24. I played with one of the pictures to get an idea as to what the Black stripes will look like:
