  1. In that case, you'd probably like the VF-0S that was re-released back in December last year. I've got one on the way myself, and I can't wait to have it displayed next to my 1/60 V2.0 Roy VF-1S. -Kyp
  2. Tell them that they need to print everything, period. Yes, that means the "No Step" markings too. I put them on my V2 Roy 1S and it looks great, but it's a pain in the arse. -Kyp
  3. Actually, if they would just change the yellow to match the yellow on Ozma's VF-25S (The 1/72 kit), that would make a world of difference in my opinion. -Kyp
  4. QUOTE (Omegablue @ Aug 4 2009, 03:16 AM) * At the recent wonderfeast show Yamato had the Focker LV. Only change that is noticeble is the colour of the kite, it went from that dark pale red to a grey, which in my view looks better. smile.gif That would look awesome with the T.V. Fast Packs. -Kyp
  5. So, am I understanding this correctly, the Gamlin VF-22S will be a limited edition and NOT be re-issued? I guess that makes it a must buy, huh? -Kyp
  6. A little off topic but : Looking at my 1/60 version two VF-1, I wonder if something like that would really be able to fly in fighter mode as it doesn't have tail planes... -Kyp
  7. And while you're at it, can you confirm if the main color is a dark gray or dark green? It's hard to tell from the pics... -Kyp
  8. Pics in fighter mode please showing the wings being less canted. -Kyp
  9. Funny, it doesn't look that way to me...if anything, it's insignia white, which is what the V2's are molded in. http://www.new-un-spacy.com/sdfmacross/vf-...ghter_small.gif -Kyp
  10. The 1/60 V.2 is a very light gray...about the same color as insignia white. -Kyp
  11. Interesting first post there... -Kyp
  12. I've never had a problem with Ryno, but he dug his own grave and has no one to blame but himself. Heck, I suspected that Macross 1979 was him because I thought I recognized his posting style. He always says "Thanks mate!" in his posts whenever he thanks someone, not to mention how frequently he was posting. -Kyp
  13. Will this do? http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/image/10078336t2/60/2 -Kyp
  14. Can you translate the one for Ozma's too? -Kyp
  15. Yes, it's VERY MUCH needed, thanks!! -Kyp
  16. I noticed on the back of the instruction booklet, that where they list all the paints at the bottom of the page, that they have a shade of gray that matches the main molded plastic color. And while I can't read the Japanese, it says (100%) which means it is an actual paint color that you can buy. It would be nice if any of you in Japan could translate that for me...*cough*OMGPRETTYPLEASEWITHSUGARONTOP*cough* -Kyp
  17. Anyone know what specific paint matches the main gray on Ozma's Valk? I want to say Neutral Gray, but I'm not sure... -Kyp
  18. Max was living proof that you didn't need a 1S variant to be an ace and kick major ass. -Kyp
  19. Also denversaur, what gray did you use on those styrene strips to match the rest of the valk? -Kyp
  20. On your build, did you use the decals or the stickers? -Kyp
  21. Bah, after comparing the pics to my 1/72 Ozma, I'll stick to the 1/72 line unless Yamato gets a shot at making 1/60's and they're anime accurate. I was going to go with the 1/100's, till I built my first Ozma and realized that they're not that hard to build. In fact, I just bought another Ozma kit today, lol. -Kyp
  22. Lmao, I too had flashes of Robot Chicken when I saw those pics. -Kyp
  23. denversaur, did you paint the yellow on the vertical stabilizers and if so, how did you mix the yellow paint to patch the decals? -Kyp
  24. I just checked my tracking number and my Ozma kit will be arriving today. Can't wait to get started on it! -Kyp
