Noriko, you’re right it’s a major piece for a Gunbuster fan, half of me is very happy with it, but the other half (my wallet) is in great pain ;; I knew it was small, I saw the dimensions you posted awhile ago, but never imagine it that small ;; Because of its small size, made of resin, and complex transformation (which I really want to try), it is very fragile. Please let me know if you feel the same once you get yours. I’m one of those guys that actually play with toys when I buy them (i.e. transform and posing them), so I just don’t like buying stuff that I can’t “play†with. This will probably go into storage until I find the guts to transform it. But as Zeo-Mare have stated, this isn’t a “toyâ€. So those who want something only a hardcore fan would ever want, then get this, but those who want a toy, wait for the SOC version.

About transforming it… I am too afraid to do it now.. It feels really fragile! And with the price I paid for it, I would really cry if a piece broke ;;

Hi Guys I just got the Studio Halfeye Gunbuster. As big as a fan I am of Gunbuster, this "toy" is not worth the $500+ i paid for it zeo-mare, I know you love the SHE models and I read your comments on them, but this was not what I expected...I just gave up my chance of getting a PS3 ;;

I was referencing your "throw away if it breaks" type of toys. the bandai has weight and feels solid to play with. the 1/100 feels too flimsy to play with. If it cost $10, I would have no issue with it.

I totally agree with this. I got two of these 1/100 (sold one to a friend) and I hated it after playing with it for 10 minutes. The toy feels so cheap! not worth the $20 price tag. If you guys are looking for something that is solid and has quality, why don't you guys pick up the bandai 1/55? it cost about 2 of these 1/100. I galdly would trade 2 1/100 for 1 1/55 in a heartbeat.

You can't do the HD swamp thing unless your Box is modded because each HD is harcoded with a serial number to match it to the motherboard of the Xbox.

well, e3 2006 finally ended today at 4pm Nintendo stole the show with the Wii and the awesome DS line up (even steven spielberg was playing with the Wii ) The ps3 was a total disappointment (beside Metal Gear 4 trailer, the only other game seem interesting was heavenly sword which looks like a God of War for the ps3) 360 got a good show with Gears of Wars, N3, Lost planet, Rising Dead..and many others) This is going to be a great year for both Nintendo and Microsoft

I agree with you, many people are dumb ;; they have lost common sense My point was, if the AI "thinks" like you, you will lose, because, the AI reaction will faster than any human reaction. I agree with the "adaptive difficulty" 110% you can challenge yourself in metal gear solid not to kill anyone (besides the bosses), but people like to kill ;; i do liked the locked pattens, because once u mastered a game, you can show off that you can finished super mario bros 3 in 10 minutes

i agree, most of the points are ridiculous. they just point out common complaints. if this and that ;; he complains about load time, to fix this system will be alot more expensive because they would have to use rom based memory boards for games...can u imagine a 4GB cart, it would cost so much more than a dvd disc. if AI were as smart as humans, a very small precentage of the gaming comunity will not be able to pass level one, let alone finish game, because they will quit of the fustration of how "smart" the AI is. Hideo claimed that he has to dumb down the AI in the metal gear games because it was too difficult. "Why isn't a there a spy game where we actually get to be a real spy rather than a hallway-roving kill machine? You know, where we actually have to talk to contacts and extract information and tap phones and piece together clues, a game full of exotic locales and deception and backstabbing and subplots? A game where a gun is used as often as a real spy would use it (that is, almost never)? " has this guy ever played Spinter Cell or Metal gear? "Where's the game where we're a castaway on a deserted island and the object of the game is to find food and clean water and build a shelter, a game where we can play for one month or six months, because whether or not we get rescued is randomized? Where every time we restart we get a different island with different wildlife and vegetation and water sources?" has this guy played "lost in blue" on the DS? "Where's the game where we play a salty Southern lawyer who has to piece together evidence to exonerate a black man falsely accused of murder, breaking down witnesses and spotting inconsistencies in testimony? " has this guy played "Phonex Wright" on the DS? i just wish he looked more into the things he complained about. there are reasons why they are there Some of their arguments are ridiculous, some are spot on. At times they asked for more challenging games, with better AI to take advantage of the horsepower beneath the hood of the new systems. At other times they whinged about games not handing out unlimited ammo. It's too bad their rant against brand loyalty is marred by aiming most of their bile against one company's fan base. they are demo-ing the ps one emulation with Ridge Racer at e3...it feels ok ;; but would you download multi-discs games like FF7? imagine the time to download that ;;

I thought Sony had to remove the vibration because of the lawsuit with immersive. They should have settled it out of court like Nintendo and Microsoft did. Microsoft owns part of immersive by the way, so Sony would have paid Microsoft indirectly
