    Thanks for the link! I definitely slept on the first release since I was saving up for the VF-4G's I preordered. Plus, I was unsure how the paint job would turn out and I wasn't going to pay above retail for this one.

    Got my first one from Nippon Yasan today (2nd one still hasn't shipped from HLJ). Man am I impressed. I thought the VF-19s were nice but the VF-4G just shows Yamato's continued evolution and refinement. I hope they do other repaints of this bird.

    I'm gonna go download this game tonight. I read that it was co-developed by Microsoft Studios and that is why it is exclusive to XBOX 360. I would've liked the ability to play this on my PS VITA. Hopefully PC might be a possibility down the road.

    They do fit just fine. The reissues are just Movie DYRL colored versions.

    That is a cool timeline. Wow, 2008-2010 was a heck of a period for Macross fans. So many releases over that time frame. 2011+ ain't too shabby either.

    Great pics! I remember when some people were bashing this valk early on in the thread for being too dark, for being too light, for being a milking repaint, *baby cries*, etc. Well they can all eat their words - this valk looks fantastic. I might have to go pick up a second one and have them escort the low vis VF-1S around. Better grab them quick before they go out of stock (low stock @HLJ). You know this one isn't getting a restock anytime soon if ever.

    Just got back from catching the IMAX show. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Anne Hathaway did an incredible job depicting Catwoman's mercurial nature. I enjoyed Bane's performance but 2 things bothered me: Regarding Blake: OK - Now I have to go to the Hot Toys thread and get my Batman, Catwoman and Bat pod pre orders in....

    I also just got that same email. Luckily I did not put all of my trust in them and pre-ordered elsewhere. Now I feel uneasy with my one VF-25G pre order at Nippon Yasan...

    Does OtaCute lock in the price in US$ when you pre order? Also, via otacute, there's is almost a $82 price difference between the VF-17D and the VF-19F. Why is there such a large difference in price between the two other than fast packs? The VF-17 is on its second production run on that mold and the VF-19 is on its third run.

    Dammit I am liking this more than my VF-19S. The blue on this one looks a shade darker than the 19S.

    The unbuilt kit is the more recent version that includes the option parts (raised seats, side covers).

    1/48 scale is dead. Why is everyone clamoring for 1/48 when they could do a 1/60 relatively easily now?
