vf-1s ROY with stealth FP and vf-0a normal (this is closest thing to vf-1a low vis which i can never afford, otherwise, low vis 1 with stealth fp seems killer) Will be getting yf-19 black, and hopefully, will be one of my favorates

Man, everytime i think of Black and Gold, i get more and more excited of these new paint schemes. I want tampo as well, stickers would be HORRIBLE (its only for pll that want to put their own decals, which would be good actually if done right - hint: skull gold theme!!!!). I think i am losing my mind and will suicide by buying BOTH vf-1s and yf-19 (i got to justify it by not buying any toys the year after).

Well, i have to say i am very pleased with these news. I am getting the yf-19 black for sure, cause i was waiting for the dark scheme, and i dont think they will make another one (the low vis i was waiting for, but if they do, its ok, this one looks amazing for me). Only down point i can think is it need some matching booster set, which i am not sure they will make. As for the vf-1s, i really really really want it too, but since i already have Roy's, and my girl friend is watching my budget tightly, i dont think i can pull it off (might try to secretly though). And with this great news, i dont feel bad not having ordered the Skywarp Master Piece anymore. Thank You Yamato for making the dark schemes (but consider having a skull gold tampood print also). Honestly, as soon as i saw the original pictures, i said my purchase for 2007 - mid 2008 is set. I will of course wait for another color scheme of the yf-21 (hopefully an orange/red or a low vis type scheme).

Still waiting for the Raven's yf-19, hopefully with boosters. I do have a yf-21 1/72, and i will wait for a second or third version of the yf-21 (indeed one of the best planes out there), which will hopefully have boosters, and if its a different color scheme, a stealth or low vis wouldnt be bad, but i wouldnt mine the orange color either (only for the yf-21 though, NOT for the yf-19).

Guys, what is a vf-22, and for that matter, what is a vf-22 max or milia. Any pictures what this could look like, in anime maybe?

I cant believe the stuff i see in these forums. I am a big fan of transformers since i was a kid, and i loved this movie alot, and liked it even more the second time around.

I for one feel STUPID buying the vf-0S. I know its out of context, but still, i feel so angry, i wasted more than 170$, and i dont think anyone would buy my loose crap. But there is a good thing, i will NOT buy another first edition again from Yamato (though i will for the Masterpiece transformers). That is why i did NOT buy the yf-19. Hoping the 4th remake is the Raven scheme, and would be close to being perfect (as the vf-1 are perfect). I like what you are saying BOB about us contributing to medicrity, i hadnt thoughed about it that way. In my mind however, i am happy there is all these rich people buying 6 units of the same thing. It does 2 things, i think: 1) It shows Yamato that there is interest, and thus money to be made by improving it and 2) hehe, the rich people have money, so let them spend it, while we wait for a possibly better version (and why not, they made improvements on the vf-1 because of the interest). Of course, if pll dont buy enough, Yamato WONT remake and improve them, right??? So to each their own. I think we do need pll to buy the early editions, and we need others waiting for a re-release and improvements, to keep the cash flowing to yamato . well, cheers

Holy moly, this is bad news, as i had stoped playing games for a few month.... Now i see myself selling my soul to the devil again, along with every thing else. Those previews looked amazing!!! Starcraft was my favorate game of all time. I then got into RPG games and stoped playing strategy games, but for starcraft, i would go back!!!

Can anyone get picture of Stealth with this armor???

Get the SIlver stand, its nicer i think with the stealth, and its on special at Toy-Wave. The Stealth is a good choice, but i recommend getting the vf-1s first, maybe buying a pair of stealth FPs also. I find the vf-1s to look great on its own, but i find the stealth needs to be with other vf-1 to shine. Also, you should consider the vf-0a (or the new version comming out), it looks nice with the stealth, its like a re-make of the Low Vis 1, but at a "reasonable" price.

Ok, the best one, i am telling you, is the vf-1s 1/48. GET THAT ONE. Also, the vf-1j is second best, get the regular white one, or get the black stealth one if you preffer. I have all 3 of them, but the nicest is vf-1s. With the FPS, i find the vf-1j looks better with any of the fps. However, if its your first, you dont need the fps, just get the valk!!!

I have Prime, Starscream and Megatron, all MP. Also, i have binaltech Shockwave. ALL in all, they are ALL great, most specially starscream. The Megatron, i probably will never transform, just because i bought him robot mode only, i dont care about the gun. Megatron with the spark character looks nice next to prime. I have them standing togheter, and really, make one another look better. And, they are a bit bigher than 1/48th yamato. Still, i love the vf-1 1/48th better, cause of stability, lightness, and ease of transforming and retransforming, but, the MP are much more affordable (50 - 100$ with shipping), and look damn nice too, and i will keep buying new ones!!! Again, really really happy having the optimus and megatron next to one another.

Here is what you can do: ALL 1/48th in Robot mode. Get yourself some 1/60th and have them in plane and/or gerwalk mode with a stand if possible. However, it is also very nice to have the 1/48th in plane mode WITH the FPs and the stand!!! Depends on space. Also, as some would suggest, ALTERNATE. I alternated everything so much i finaly got one that i really like and am keeping till i feel it needs to be changed again. Good Luck

Well, i kinda like the look of the vf-1 in plane mode, but not crazy about it in robot mode. Thus wont buy it. And the yf-19??? Bahhhhhh, will wait for low vis/stealth.

Low Vis or Stealthesh is the ONLY way to go, anything less would be un-civilized!!!! Now, i didnt buy the YF-19 cause i was waiting for the low vis scheme (and Graham said there are chances that they make it, so i am praying and taking my vitamins every day), but i actually hope it is their 3rd version, as i want it to be perfect!!!

Emerson, that is by far the nicest display and collection i have ever seen. Holy moly, nice macross and gundams, and alot of other goodies too. Wow wawiwaaaaaa!!!!

I am exited about this. This should put a hold on some of purchases i was planning to do in gundam and macross, unless i see a nice looking vf-1s low vis type yamato toy, or a yf-19 low vis type or a Hammer Thunder armor (all of which are unlikely to happen), but still, if they make a shadow like color of the alpha/bethas, it will go pretty high on the list, if not on top.

I really dont understand why pll say the graphic isnt good. Even if it was the case, the story is good, the characters are good, and personaly, i love the graphics too.

Hi, I bought the Movie, and watched it last night, and I absolutely loved it, even if it didnt really follow the 3rd series very well, i really enjoyed it and would love to see more of it. I loved the characters, i loved the animation, and i liked the story as well, and i loved the mechas (alpha with betas, though the cyclones didnt look too great here) I do wish Yamato or another company which makes "quality toys" (NOT toynomy) to remake the alphas and betas from the movie, and that they made it as big as a 1/48th, or minimum as a 1/60 vf-1.

I think the yf-19 looks really nice in robot mode with the fp, and the booster is nice too, eventhough it could have been another color. Now, does this light up???
