I've never done a triple-visit to any movies, but tonight I went back for the third time and it was just as good. I picked a smaller local theatre with less audio buff and the dialog came out much better. Still gave me tingles in the spine when the movie ended with the line: "So we'll hunt him, because he can take it..." To me, this is what makes this Batman the best of them all.

I got an army version recently for a fairly low price. No problem with the busting shoulder at all but the shoulder joint (up-down joint) is so loose, it can't hold a raising arm pose at all. The main shoulder rotation is OK. Also, the right knee cap does not flip out properly, restricting forward knee movement. Are these common problems?

Revoltech Yoko hides the joint very well, looks much better than the Konami.

Dark Knight did some serious damages to my kidneys...it was so gripping, I had to endure the entire movie without a bathroom break.... My hat off to Ledger, his Joker is now my fav villain of all time...so dark but so much fun...

I am convinced the Super Galaxy Gurren Lagann is Gainax's way of paying homage to the DYRL pilot flight suit...you know that enormous yellow strip shoulder-pad.

rikiryou, Do you have the Fewture ExGokin 2nd Gig Tachi? If you do, can you take a shot of them side by side. The Goodsmile Tachi looks very small on your pic. I love the size and weight of the Fewture Gokin Tachi. And I was hoping the Goodsmile one would be as big.

Good idea, I always wanted the Macross toys to have similar display height, never really cared about true scale because they are just made up stuff anyway. Now, if only Kawamori-san can increase the official size of the VF-1 so Yamato can give us another VF-1 line that has an official 1/60 tag but is as big as the 1/48 in toy size...

OVA has a better opening but I liked the pace of the movie better.

A very cool way to play with your Revoltech Gurren Lagan - reconfigure the Gurren Lagann to Gurren...I might get the Revoltech for this reason alone. Unfortunately, the first batch QC is not very good with many chest visor breakage reported and poor paint job....I might wait for a special paint version (I am so sure Revoltech will do a limited version with a glossier paint job or a bigger drill).
