  1. Kinda would suck if his crew doesn’t come with him. Part of the fun was how the other characters started to mesh together.
  2. The one-two punch of the prison escape then Luthen’s awesome monologue sent it to another level. And who’d have thought they’d make compelling, layered characters out of cereal-eating Syril and typical, rank-climbing antagonist Dedra? Even the minor characters are well developed.
  3. Just watched it. Solid flick. Thank goodness they didn’t go with the standard MCU trope of villain with similar super power as the hero. Nice message about And
  4. . . . Other than Cassian killing some soldier because he saw Bix’s face, Syril agreeing to play spy for the ISB, and Wilmon being dropped off with Saw’s wackadoodle faction. But as I said earlier, it’s pretty easy to figure these things out by what was shown and said onscreen.
  5. Each arc is almost like a 3-hour movie. Kinda thankful they didn’t try to stretch these out into a season a piece. Yeah, there’s the initial “What did I miss?” feeling at the start of each arc. But it’s not hard to figure out what’s happened in the interim.
  6. Yeah, I think the argument was to have the cameo now to get everyone hot and bothered. Get the recasting out of the way. And then let the character actually do “work” during the next arc. Have folks focus on what the character actually does, rather than the recasting itself.
  7. I guess “Imperial Scum and the People Organizing Their Downfall” is too long of a title. And “Everything Connects Back to Luthen” is a little too on the nose.
  8. Someone referred to B2 as a loyal doggo that misses his human. I never get that feeling from K-2SO. Bastard loves Cassian, but will happily kill anyone else (either physically or with his sarcasm).
  9. Being forced to stay with the idiot faction for three weeks would have driven me nuts. Even poor Andor didn’t have to endure that length of time.
  10. Yep, brutal in a bunch of different ways (including that idiot faction and the mother-in-law dinner from hell). Luthen knows what needs to be done. And now we know why Cassian is so damn surly by Rogue One. Thank goodness they’re releasing each arc together.
  11. Given what they were originally going to do , I thought the first Bullseye fight scene absolutely served its purpose. Overall, it seemed like they were running parallel stories of Murdock and Fisk trying to tamp down their darker tendencies. It’s interesting that Fisk really didn’t break his Netflix Season 3 promise. I also liked that you couldn’t really say he was being a pure EVIL villain with most of his actions for most of the season. I am curious to see how next season pans out. But I have two concerns:
  12. They played an actual trailer at the current Celebration over in Japan(?). Synopsis (since Disney gonna copyright violation any videos of it and apologies if I get the scenes out of order, going by memory here): No real major story revealed, other than Mando helping out/working for the New Republic and blasting ish.
  13. TVC Reveals: * Merrin from Jedi: Survivor; * Some Rocket Trooper from Jedi: Survivor; * Cobb Vanth (unarmored Book of Boba Fett look); * Armored Moff Gideon from Mando Season 3 (no unhelmeted head though); * Crosshair (original CF99 look); and * Bantha with Tusken.
  14. Unless you're a kid, does anyone really eat cheese only pizza? If it's the only slice left, I'll still reheat it with some pepperoni for my youngest, or I'll cut up some sausage links or patties to put some meat on the bloody thing.
  15. Damn it: https://variety.com/2025/tv/news/mythic-quest-canceled-apple-tv-plus-new-ending-1236366662/ It was a fun series that could surprise you with its silliness or kick you in the feels. Or sometimes both. Gonna miss where they could have taken the characters with another season.
