    Little late to the party, but so far I'am a little underwhelmed with this series. But I'm only 2 episodes in. By the way, does anyobe know the song that plays during the news coverage of the auditions? Right before they let Freyja sighn up.

    I can tell you. I ordered from Nippon-Yasan, and my box set came fast and was packed really good, so it arrived nice and safe. I payed with paypal, so it converted my dollars into yen automatically. Honestly I was worried about ordering from them at first, but my last few orders always arrive fast and safe. Not only that they were the cheapest I could find for the set. I even now, I ordered my Macross 30 Ginga wo Tsunagu Utagoe box set from them. Again they were cheapest I online store I could find.

    Oh man....I remember back in the day, I was attending some extra credit courses at my local community college, and afterward, I would walk across the street to the Tower Records (literally it was across regular 2 lane street) and browse around. I would head for the import section alot, and then one day, there they were. The most beautiful sight ever. Macross Plus Sound Tracks I and II. Man I was glad I picked them up. Seems after I bought them, they never re-stocked them again. Good times. Thanks for making me remember Renato.

    Thats sad. I really liked M7s music. Not just the vocal tracks but the BGM as well. Whats keepng them from releasing it? I would think that as old as the series is, they would release some more music already.

    Hmmm...Maybe, but I still liked it. It was different from Basara's. Is it true that there are still alot of unreleased music from M7?

    I still want a Mylene only version of Light the Light! If I could,I would rip it from my dvd set like I did with the english version of Voices and the FlashBack version of Ai wa nagareru. But I cant find a complete version of it.

    Just out of curiosity, are the songs from Macross 30 Ginga wo Tsunagu Utagoe, Planet Cradle and Wandering by Haruka Chisuga out yet. I heard them in the trailers, and fell in love with them right away.

    Mine came from nippon yasan pretty fast. All in all I love it. The missing scenes and blurred gore kinda irk me but oh well. I'm still happy, my film strip was a surprise, I got Minmay singing in the final battle. The quality of the video is awesome in some areas and bad in others. Over all I happy with it. Loved all the extras, got to see some art I've never seen before. I just hope they released a complete uncut version some day in HD.

    Same here, thats why I downloaded that fan edit of the OVA and Movie edition, and re-edited them into one long movie. Only thing I miss now, is Sharon's concert song of "Wanna Be an Angel". As for the edits...Ehhhh, kinda messed up they do this to DYL so late in the game, but I have the dvd perfect edition, as well as the version that some MW users re-subbed, and the "new" bootleg one which includes the infamous english dub. So I could care less about the edits, I just want the extras and the games. I'll just wait the inevitable HHDDVVDDBVD release.

    Thats pretty damn cool. I already have Macross DYRL for my psp. So to be able to get one to play on my PS3 also, would be awesome!

    True. Have you seen "Forgetting Sarah Marshall"? You get an eyefull twice,if it wasnt for Mila Kunis, I would have turned off the dvd player.

    You know... DYRL is like MP and SDFM to me. I'v seen it so many times, I no longer need subtitles to know whats going on. But still....English subs would be nice, but I 'am not going to die with out them.
