I'd be happy to volunteer for anything too. I just don't have any serious recording devices/software

1. Max 2. Millia 3. Roy 4. Isamu 5. Ozma 6. Hikaru 7. Alto 8. Guld 9. Nekki 10. Kakizaki Roy dies saving his friends so he is a LEGEND. Max and Millia are IT! Isamu has all the moves. Kakizaki was cannon fodder, and Nekki played a damn guitar... what an a-hole!

I'll say this... this show is getting very dark. -
Hikuro.. ya know of anywhere local to pick up Frontier DVD's?

Man it's been YEARS since I've been to a Con. I do think that this year I am seriously going to hit up Comic Con in San Diego or Anime Expo.

Battlestar Galactica Discussion III
Skullsixx replied to kaiotheforsaken's topic in Hall Of The Super Topics
* The revelations in the first 10 or 15 minutes of are so staggering in their hugeness, you may feel like you’re watching the first few minutes of the series finale. * Baltar’s back in labcoat, and in superscientist mode. No worshippers lurking about. * We learn how long ago the planet was nuked. * Anders finds a guitar neck. * Dualla cries over a set of jacks she finds in the sand. * Starbuck & Leoben decide to explore the planet together. * Dualla babysits Hera for Athena & Helo. (So I gather those scenes deleted from the prior episode - the ones depicting Athena's violent death - never happened.) This scene may prove important later. * A major character speaks the words, “What am I?” * Six finds something astonishing in the sand. * Starbuck finds something astonishing in a field. * Gaeta finds something astonishing in his bunkroom. * Tyrol finds something astonishing in his brain. * Leoben speaks the words, “I was wrong.” * Roslin comes to some very big decisions. Mary McDonnell may be the finest dramatic actress on the planet. * An enraged William Adama has a memorably tense conversation with his executive officer. It begins with the words, “Sit down, Cylon.” * Lee will adjust the number on the whiteboard. * At least one character will begin hiding a big new secret. * The final scene deleted from screeners forwarded to the press is said to contain the identity of the 12th and final Cylon. Which means I'll be watching tonight as well. * How does your screener end, spoiler boy? “Just ride the tide out to sea,” Tigh tells his fellow Cylon. -
Looking forward to seeing them!

Exactly. I'd rather wait for either a HK version or the real deal with sub titles.

AWESOME!!! I'm drooling.

Well I've been watching Mac Frontier on YouTube due to not being able to find 'em anywhere to buy/rent on DVD. I'm on episode 19 and so far I'm pretty impressed. I can see why Klan Klan has a BIG following... he-he. Seems like such a tip of that hat Kawamori made to the original series with scenes like Alto saving Ranka and Ozma's blood with the Pineapple Cake. If I'm right there are 25 episodes total?

I'll have to look for that place in Wilsonville. I don't go DT much either. I did find a website for Just Be, but I dunno know if they still rent/sell anime. Looks like they may have changed their name too. I THINK this might be it: http://www.compoundgallery.com/index.php

Hikuro... ever heard of "Just Be" video in downtown Portland? Was wondering if they are still there. I bought all my Zero copies there back in the day. I'll have to look 'em up to get Blu-ray copies of Frontier. Oh, and by the way, ya can get killer carne asada burritos from Sanchez Taqueria in Tigard.
-
Anime shop? Wow... I used to rent anime from a shop down town a while back. Dunno if they are still there. I even forgot the name. I should look into it to rent copies of Frontier.
-
Hikuro... didn't realize you were in Oregon as well.
-
That was a fun read.
-
How good is this Remastered version? I'd love to see some screen pics of the two comparing.

I think DYRL made all our jaws drop when we 1st saw it. Especially back in the day! I have yet to see Frontier, but I do remember having a few jaw dropping moments when I 1st saw some of Zero. -

All set for January. End of the entire series except for another TV film Directed by Olmos. I know Sci-Fi Channel will replay old ep's right before that last half of the season debuts. -
That was awesome! I'd love to see this happen, but I'm NOT holding my breath.
