Can you not apply some silicon lubricant to make the panels slide a little easier? - I am afraid I might have to deal with it when I do get a Mirage...

Nothing's broken and that is normal. In fact some crazy people swap the cockpits going from TV to DYRL vice versa.

Ouch sorry to hear that. That grey piece should be ABS so you might want to use any good CA glue or even try Tamiya ABS cement if you got one lying around.

Is it true that stuff shipped via DHL from Luna Park is exempt from customs and duties somehow?- I seem to remember reading about a Canadian fellow member here gotten away with no additional fees at the door.

The current going price for the first release VF1J seems to be stable at 42k yen unopened and has not been affected by the re-release as far as I can see it. It will most likely never drop back to MSRP just the nature of this game.

Always liked the look of the sirbine, although I am not familiar with the storyline or the anime. Might go for the upcoming MB, hoping preorder isn’t too crazy..Do you know when preorder is open for the MB version?
