    OMG, why did I order one from AmiAmi... and another from CDJapan? Did I really need 2? REALLY?! I think the whole VF-31A thing got me really worried about sudden and drastic price inflation.

    Not necessarily. When I place orders with AmiAmi, Mandarake, or Jungle, I usually don't get immediately charged. Rather, I get an email from them a day or 2 later, asking me to authorize the PayPal transaction.
