The release date according to this website for the Figure Spirits Kuji Sheryl is next month on the 23rd (I think for both versions red and blue). https://myfigurecollection.net/item/740945 Does anyone have both EXQ Sheryl and Ranka on hand? Edit: I'm going to toss in two YouTube vids for us to drool over for now until someone decides to (unless all of you want me to be the first guinea pig to do so)

I would go for the VE-1 if it gets remade as I don't have any RVFs in 1/60 scale. As for the YF-21, that's going to be an interesting battle as Bandai just released the full package YF-21. Edit: There is a 1/60 VE-1 listed on Jungle for 60K yen sealed.. For that price I night as well get Arcadia's take on it (and pass on the hidden damages if there is any and not noted).

I think that I've beaten the two of you in yesterday's post on the SV-262 to a degree. If I do get the DX YF-19 full pack later on this year (30k yen is still a chunk of change for me as I did pay 25k yen for a valk in my collection), I'm going to take a page from @tekeringand remove most of the tampo overkill.

@kajnrig: Remember that bid that you mentioned a while back and we guesstimated at what price it will sell at - Sold at 27,080 yen (final price). https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/l473169496 32K yen is scalper costing if it did reach to that amount.

My gateway to Macross valks was in '85 when the G1 Jetfire was released (I was in 5th grade. Never got it; however, one of my family friends did and went to his house and played with it). Didn't know that it was actually based on Bandai licenced product as it had to be tweeked for export usage. I started with the two 1/60 (v.1) and 1/55 [Re-issue Roy with the Supers not Hikaru as it originally states] when I was in YYZ (from '91 to 2012) and had to ask my cousin to sell off the two 1/60s for my move back into YVR. Once back in VYR, it started with the HMR, 1/60 (v.2) and then the two 1/48. You could say that my history with Macross valks is very sporadic.

I've got too many Yammie boxes (only one Arcadia) and they're taking too much closet space plus in addition with my Max Factory Mazinkaiser and other stuff as well... The Bandai DX boxes are half the size and a space saver (not to mention the add ons as well). I'm just waiting for Roy's DYRL Strike valk to pair up with my Yammie Hikaru version that I have already.

How can I say this... The most trouble some character that creates more problem than they expect. Mojo is an TV addicted nutcase and wants to increase the ratings of the TV based netherworld. Arcade is Joker based person and like to screw around with their respected psychological thoughts and I think Jason Windgard is same (or different)? I haven't read much in depths of these three characters that much as I get bits and pieces from what I understand from the comics and the animated TV series. I can be totally wrong in that case. -
I think that most of us got the 1/60 valks first and then got the 1/48 later on. 1/48 takes it to another level of valk experiences and feeling. If I had a choice, the 1/60 will be on the chopping block if I'm strapped for cash (minus few a few that I'll keep) as I'm not getting rid of my 1/48.

I believe that the floppy rear stabilizer wings will be tuned before it mass releases the VF-1J at year end. Looking forward for a Roy version (with Strike/Super combo to follow). A combo of Yamacaida and Bandai technology for this DX VF-1 release is a plus for me.

Count me in for the Low-vis crew. From Jungle at 21.6k yen (Grade B). Pristine copy minus a few dents on the box and the instruction booklet is still attached on the slip cover box. Loving the colour scheme already. @505thAirborne: I seem to remember that you are still looking for a low vis (or have you got one)?

Go in to the Macross Maintenance thread and go to Sildani's post on the YF-19. Make sure that you have a set of JIS screwdrivers and a plastic toothpick handy (should you encounter not assessable panels).

I think it's 2k yen via EMS (don't quote me on that). The last time I shipped only thing from Manda was the Frontier 2 cd soundtrack combo (with Sheryl on the cover and Ranka on the back) which cost 1.5k yen and 2k yen for shipping --->3.5 k yen. The more stuff you add to your cart makes it worthwhile.

Can't say for sure since that some of us on this thread are wishing for Arad's 31a with the Dragon head Itasha. If and when Bandai decides to do it, only time will tell. The TWE 31a release was a nightmare affair and some members are still waiting for their own copy of the 31a since the pre-orders where made way back in October of last year...

That's really testing the waters right now at this point in time. I might guess that in a few days time, the final amount may possibility reach up to its maximum MRSP or slightly higher (although I could be wrong).

Gah!! After sifting through this thread and reading all the issues with this DX Excalibur YF-19 with all goodies and those over kill tampographs, I'm staring to want this more than the rumored VF-21. Edit: There goes 1/4 of my months paycheque for this valk...

@physioguy: That's quite an accomplishment to kitbash various Frontier valks and combine to make this version. I was watching multiple reviews on the 25 valks when you posted your creation up.
