  2. I'm really digging the head sculpt on this one!
  3. I rely quite a bit on email notifications for threads that I follow and noticed recently that I've stopped receiving them.
  4. They've been reliable for me. I think I used them about 3-4 times now for DX Chogokins and third party items. It does look like that shipping (to NY) is about $136 SGD or roughly $100 USD so it's about $240ish total I think. I was about to bite at $140 but $240 is out of my budget at the moment.
  5. @sqidd -How much does it cost (I can never get the Tamashii site to work, I suck)? According to P-Bandai website: 85800 yen (tax included) -How tall is it? Does someone have a Yamato they can measure height vs length off of so I can calculate a probable height of this monster? I'm limited to 18". This one is 43.3" long. I asked a friend that finished the Hachette one and will report back to you. I think that would be the closest in terms of dimensions (37.4 inches in length by comparison) -Is it detailed enough for my tastes? I think this would be the largest you could get without having to build one. But having spent some time with the Hachette version, it definitely doesn't look as detailed. But if it is high up on the wall...maybe it won't matter as much? -How much is it going to cost to ship? My guess $250-300. It's quite a beast, I would be curious to know as well.
  6. I've ordered a few items now from ohmyprimus and they've always shipped promptly using DHL Express. They've also packed the items well. The only thing I can think of is that show.z might come out to be cheaper and lower initial deposit for the preorder.
  7. Thanks for the progress shots! They came out looking great and I can totally relate with the magnification part haha.
  8. Beautiful stuff @peter! Thank you for sharing. Do you airbrush the mecha collection models or hand paint?

  14. My friend and I are going for the Andromeda too. Although I have yet to even come close to finishing the Yamato!
  15. Awesome! That's good to hear.
  16. Hi, I ordered from them and received mine at the end of last week. They did send me a message asking for payment of shipping fees before sending out.
  17. What a big difference! I think it came out really nice, great job!
  18. My friend had the same issue with the torpedo doors. He tried to replace the circuit board with a replacement issue but it still wasn't working. So he took another look at the limit switch and it turns out that after he cut back the heat shrink the wire had broken inside but was still held on with the heat shrink. He is still working on fixing it but will post if there are any updates. Hope that helps!
