an interesting piece to keep in your collection. Like Kanata says the money side is probably not great but IMO Boots are a great thing to collect since everyone knows they are cheap and often have major QC issue, they often find their way to the kids play box or the packaging gets binned etc. Worth keeping IMO

Every time I see new stuff I get that warm feeling I'm really annoyed that I cant get my head round the modding side of HW2. Other games I found easy to mod but for some reason this one defeats me. #once I get to it I will offer my help, until then you'll just have to be happy with my praise and admiration

Rick who ?? At the end of the day Its a nice piece to have but I'd still say go for a Yammie 1/60 mkII but see if you can now the seller down some, that way its better for your pocket -
I have a couple of those 7inch guys, in fact I have at least 2 of each of them in the loft. I was gonna donate the little guys to MechTek for his rather large scratch build, May have to bust out the others and see what's what.

Or what if you made the Prometheus and/or Deadalus available as a part 1 and then got everyone fired up then dropped an SDF1 with out the Prometheus and Deadalus that way people would have to get both, later if interest was sufficiant you could just offer it as a complet set also.

Always a pleasure to see an update on any of Jon's work -
Exactly political correctness at its best, It must be accessible by all children even the thick ones. It funny for about 5 mins and then you just think OMGFFS or sober up Yeah the rot started in 1983 with The Empire Strike Back after that all kids films had to have a happy ending or children would be all upset and their parents might sue. Even ROTS has a happy ending despite the Sith taking over the senate and the Clone troops whooping ass all over the know universe, the good guys mostly all escape and all have smiles on their faces. Book reading was my childhood, go see a film then read the book and wonder WTF the directors were thinking when they butchered the great story. Jurassic Park for example was majorly tweaked just to get a kid friendly sequel or two. Basically books can convey the feeling much better than a film can in 2 hours.

It was made by John Moscato (Captain America) you 'll need to ask him directly if he still has any. He only does very limited runs though so you may be outta luck.

To play with the MekTek expansions I'm fairly sure you don't even need both the I.S and Clans packs. IIRC the maps and changes made for Mercs were added into one of the MekTek packs Less to bother buying if you don't already have it :) Chances are though the packs will be out there in the bargain bin etc. They may even add them to the free download as they did add some nice additions to the mech stable.

Yeah that aproach works. Rest assured though the PSP firmware has an underlying flaw that I am told by a programming friend of mine will always be present in the existing exploited boards. Unless Sony just do a Microsoft and expect everyone to upgrade and bin the old PSP the flaw will always be there. Therefore they have to write the upgrades with the old boards in mind, people like DarkAlex will always be waiting.

Is it the large one about 8-10 inches tall or the little ones that are about 3 inches ? They aren't masses as they are still fairly new, but if its the bigger one at least its worth more.

What I remember about the table top play is mostly just how long it all took. The actual rules etc are very fuzzy, despite the fact that I own almost all the original packs books and maps etc. I mostly enjoyed painting the Ral Partha lead figures. Anyone interested in a Macross World Mechwarrior 4 get together. I think it would be fun. I used to play in a clan and still have my config files for the variants we used. I have all the maps and MekTek packs and upgrades etc. so if anyone needs any that are no longer available I can help out.

Good job there, Lucky you with the nice blue sky to film against. You are right the lower fins are a pain to do. They are'nt much different on the VF-1.

Looking great. I cant wait to see this finished. Also cant wait to see whats on the drawing board for your next project

Oh that'll teach me not to check. It's been years since I saw the "ORIGINAL" film. I never read the book too.

ROTFLMAO Although a directors cut DYRL would be cool.

Is that Minmay piloting the SDF1.... coolio

Shame they cant spell Sematary is spelt Cemetary last time I looked But yeah why waste good paper and pens on that one. If they made it closer to the book that would be far better add to that use some of the modern CGI or even go over board and use real rats and CGI as in GForce. The cartoon that is the "original" and its magic is arse, I feel ashamed that I even saw it.

I guess there will be a nearly all new cast. Unless they go back to before Gwen. would be kinda cool to have it all Victorian or WWII Torchwood. Christmas is a commin

[Off topic] Regarding the SD you may want to get hold of Sci-Fi and Fantasy Modeller vol 6. There is a very nice scratch built Studio scale Venorator there. The guy used the revel kit as a base for his mesurements etc. Lots of lovely pictures of the details Sci Fi and Fantasy Modeller For anyone really into the art of Scifi modeling these are well worth it. Lots of Starwars Gerry Anderson, Dr who and film sized props etc. Quite a few how to's and interviews with scratch builders and model co's. [/Off topic]

When I first saw this I though Rhoby or Dunny. It also kinda reminds me of the reimaged Marvin from HGTG

Anyone know if they will release the whole of series 4 on DVD in one go. I have held off buying 4.5 because I wanted to get them all in one box like the other series.
