I've never removed any of the heads on mine but assuming it can't be that hard if Bandai is supplying the head to do the swap.

Just use whatever base Valk fits in the armor and swap the head to whatever you like...

Haha yeah I passed on Gigan before even when it was on clearance because I wasn't sure if I wanted to go down that path. Well, I went there and now it's double the price that I could have got it for back then but it now comes with more stuff and I'm actually happy about waiting and getting it now. Not so much about paying more but that went through the window a while ago when I started buying $200+ Valks like candy. As for the comparison, I'm with you and @Chronocidal...I have both and like it that way!

Yeah, you guys are probably right. Whatever doesn’t come with the GBP solo set is probably what already comes with the 1J solo set. Makes sense but you never know what annoying thing Bandai will do, lol!

Based on the picture, the GBP alone is missing one pilot figure and gripping big hands. Maybe it will still come with them but doesn’t look like it.

Yeah, all points I don't bother mentioning much anymore because it doesn't matter...there will still be never ending posts with people comparing and complaining about colors using images that are nowhere near consistent in any way.

Maybe the grey goggle is part of the armor set and fits over the the existing figure? That would make the most sense in many ways. I’d actually prefer a set but happy to save some money if they only release the armor.

Didn’t realize Flightpose was down for the count too. I think you can get basically the same thing from Calibre Wings but maybe not as many options for different arm lengths. That would be interesting but I hope @ChaoticYeti can just come back and do it himself. Haha yeah! While I love the Yetistands, I do not need them for every Valk I own. I like to mix up the display but I definitely prefer to use Yetis whenever I’m trying to make them look like they are flying. Being able to hold several Valks on one base helps and I also like using the wall and detolf mounts where applicable and it is much cheaper that way too.

Nice! One of my favorite aircraft. I thought it may be a diecast model at first and was wondering why Hatchette can’t release one with a payload like that (that I know of). A-10s should always be armed to the teeth unless they just unloaded on some poor targets.
