They do mount them on Hummers on rare occasions. The problem is carry enough ammo. Especially since Ma-deuce (.50 cal M2) does more damage with fewer rounds. The Mk. 19 automatic grenade launcher is even more brutal. Minis are mostly used on aircraft because it allows the gunner to get more rounds on target without the pilot having to slow down or fly straight. Hummers don't really move that fast so the high rate of fire is wasted on them. I think the gun in T2/Predator is the same as the gun in the video. There's another version called a microgun that fires 5.56 rather than 7.62. The predator gun could have been one of those.

yep, rohby did the recasts and I believe Eternal_D is working on some DYRL versions.

I found the M202 operating manual online. http://www.tpub.com/content/explosives/TM-...56-12/index.htm

I think that valk model is the Bandai kit from 85. The Alpha looks cool except the skulls need to be on the tail fins instead of the wings.

I think it might look better if you moved the cockpit back a little bit. Here's an ultra crude drawing to illustrate.

Hey, you want a better image of that weapon? Let me figure out what I did with my original issue Marine Corps Guidebook. It's listed in the book. I also had the honor of firing one of the last remaining launchers still in stock with the Corps back in '83 while in Infantry Training School. Yep, the Corps is old school when it comes to weapons. I think the Army got rid of theirs before we did. The damned thing had the loudest report of any rocket I fired, and I thought the ground based TOW and Dragon launchers were bad. Wow that's really cool! So what's the impact radius? Some pics would be cool yeah I got to fire one of these during the "weapons familiarization" portion of ranger school. IIRC it fires M235 incendiary rockets with an effective blast radius of about 20 meters. It's basically used against soft targets like infantry of un-armored vehicles/structures.

You capped him? I figured that'd be a waste of bullets, so I went with the dynamite/bait route. You see, that's what I don't understand - if s/he can still handle a gun, I'd tell them to put a bandaid over it and quit their whining, see if we can find a cure lieing around if the case may be. When friends finally turn over, aren't they usually kind enough to give obvious signs of it, like a prolonged-death-sequence or maybe a good-ol'-fashioned first zombie scream? I mean, I don't remember it ever being the biggest surprise when it goes down. Then it's really just a bullet to the head and that's that. Hot lead is the cure.

My Matsushiros say "space fighter" on the box. They also say "starforce" at the bottom. All of my Joons say "macross" or "space gandam". I dunno if that helps you any.

I got 73 and I saved everyone except for my friend who got bitten. I put a cap in his ass.

I think it's simply that Japanese fans will pay more so they charge more.

It looks more like they're at batting practice than weilding weapons. omfglolz! its like they're posing for pics or something? So what's your point? It's still a stupid looking pose.

The second episode was pretty weak.

I think the only Jeeps I've seen in Swindle's color were stock. No large tires, or brush gaurd. I've seen Grimlock cruising around, a couple times, though. Yellow Jeeps are the same around here too. My Jeep looks alot like Hound(with bigger tires) and there's a Streak, Tracks and Meister all within a 2 miles of my house.

Didn't we go through this about six months ago? We go through this every six months but that's okay.

Actually, Hikaru's 1D was actually VT-1023. It's just the number of the plane not a new model. while that particular 1D was a trainer other 1D's are shown through out the series in standard paint schemes in combat.

That is an RT term. It is called M.O.S.P.E.A.D.A or ride armor in Mospeada MobileOperationSoldierProtectionEmergencyAviationDiveArmor I thought they were called "Blowsuperior" Now who's the homoerotic one?

I really enjoy shooting .303 as well. There's something so satisfying about the big black and purple bruises it leaves on your shoulder.

damn, those bootleggers done wait to pounce. Just by judging from the pictures in the auction, the bootleg looks better than the original. You really think that looks better? The details on the original are much sharper. It looks like the boot is a sloppy re-cast. It looks good for it's price but the original looks better to me. upon closer inspection, the bootleg still looks better to me. The details are sharper on the original, but i think the bootleg has shinier black parts with make it look better. Just in those pictures. But of course, if I actually had them in my hands, im sure the knock off would not be as good as the Takara. I hear ya. The metalic color is pretty nice on the boot as well. I don't think I'd buy one unless it was a different color than the originals though.

Is Gatchaman very different from Battle of the Planets? I tried to watch BOTP a few days ago for the first time in 20 years and it was so awful I couldn't finish the first episode. The animation looked pretty good but the story and dialogue suked donkey balls.

First comes the disclaimer. I'm a vintage kind of guy. I'd say the best bang for your buck if you want an H&K is a G3/HK91 or a Cetme. They may not be the latest or the most high tech but they're good sturdy straigh shooting rifles. FALs are probably my 2nd favorite rifles next to the M-14. I currently have an StG-58 Austrian liscenced FAL that I in love with. It's a para model with side folding stock and 16" barrel. It shoots 1" groups at 400m. It doesn't seem that heavy to me but then again I lugged an M-14 and later an M-21 through just about every terrain imaginable for 7+ years.

Have you guys seen the F-104 from 21st C. It's supposed to have working surfaces and the whole works. I'm not even really into toy or model planes and I'm seriously considering getting this one. If you join thier little fanclub you can get a bunch of nice pics of the production model and enter a contest to win one. http://www.21stcenturytoys.com./

Can you add the black shapes for the chest and top of the head since these kits will have to be painted?. Can the black shapes on the chest be recessed so they have some depth? I don't think they're supposet to be.
