  1. I wonder if the younger audience even cares about TERMINATOR and its just chasing GenX money? The original film will be 40 years old (yikes!) next year and I wonder if many younger folk in their late teens or early 20s have actually seen it? I have a co-worker in his mid-20s that I consider a fellow nerd film fan however he never saw Big Trouble in Little China, The Thing nor Blade Runner.
  2. Snyder is great at adapting (WATCHMEN, 300, DC) but his original films have a poor track record IMHO. That being said I'd rather see him direct a THE EXPANSE movie, that would fit his style perfectly.
  3. Could be good. Let's hope it doesn't get cancelled as quickly as the FOX television series 😔
  4. Alamo Draft House for the food and drinks. Showplace ICON (our favorite) for the cushy and heated reclining seats!!
  5. I didn't know they were making a sequel..., but I'm sure my daughter will like to see it when its released in theaters.
  6. Apple+ is growing. That being said we just started watching Ted Lasso and enjoy it.
  7. Ehhhh, it was ribbing. Take it easy, yeesh 🤓
  8. You're tame, lol! I'd be humming that Blue Thunder music when I was piloting a attack helicopter in a Battlefield 4 urban map!!
  9. That is why we're cutting back on streaming, it's ridiculous that prices increased so much in the past year. On a side note you may be able to save $$ through cashback and/or offers on your credit card. For example I get 6% cashback for streaming plus $25 redeemed for spending over $99 on MAX via a annual subscription renewal on my AMEX Blue Cash card.
  10. Liked the first season of REACHER and this one looks to amp it up a lot in it's second season.
  11. Watched the final episode. It followed the manga and was well made as always. Don't know what more to expect from such a wildly thrilling epic series tbh.
  12. Eh... who knows. For the past 20 years it seems like every Godzilla film out of Japan is a stand alone film. Japan isn't as reboot intensive as Hollywood is.
  13. Looks good but I have yet to see any of these films in the theater. I did however pay to see Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes that I thought was trash and his worst film to date.
  14. There was a also a lot of that in season 3 of Mandalorian too. That butch former Imperial officer and especially with Bo-Katan Kryze which gives me hope that we'll see Katee Sackhoff in Filoni's STAR WARS movie 😍
  15. Lots of movie trailers today. This one came out of nowhere but looks fun.
  16. Taylor Sheridan is a national treasure. This looks really good.
  17. Yeah, the last 5 minutes will be very interesting. However I doubt it'll change much from the manga as the whole anime series followed it closely.
  18. Just a personal observation. I've had Crunchyroll for close to a year and only watched two series in that time. Chainsaw Man and Attack on Titan (for the third time). So yeah, won't renew my annual subscription by end of year.
