Nah, I think it just means the page that lets you click it hasn't been updated to a dead button yet. That's what happened to me too

See, I think if it was DYRL version people would assume there would never be a TV version so you would get both crowds. By doing the TV version they are giving hope of a later DYRL version so some people (the Japanese fans) may sit this one out and wait for the DYRL version.
