I like that they get name dropped and flashbacked but we already had Macross7 and now Delta. Doing another one would make the Jenius clan too important in the universe. I like cameos, would love to see more, and would certainly love to see the old mechs more, but I'm Jenius'ed out as far as leads go.

Looks beautiful though really expensive for incremental improvement to the Yamato.

You know what would be refreshing? A follow up show with a planet that uses Drakkens but are portrayed as the good guys fighting a corrupt NUNS. Then Bandai could reuse the molds but swap the popularity.

It took a while for Yamato to grow and folks who funded Yamato might have been burned. Arcadia may be much smaller in many respects, a truly boutique operation.

The lack of the armored valk may also have something to do with the existing variants there already was. Frontier didn't have bad guy valks to milk (well, other than the VF-27).

How confident are we in the 9/30 date for the VF-1A? I have some items in my PW that will need to ship on Tuesday and I kept crossing my fingers that the VF-1A would come out a little earlier than the last day of the month.

AGV needed a Zwerg, Strike, Rabidly,ecrevisse, and Strong Bacchus, I think that would do it for the original series and ovas... but I'm probably forgetting something.

I figured it out. The episode is going to begin with the words "Two years later..." and then the episode will be everyone sitting around talking about what happened. No flashbacks either, we'll get to watch them drink tea. -

Yeah, I'm pretty surprised they haven't double-dipped on the DYRL VF-1A toys yet. I really think they should consider gift-sets for those... Like maybe you get a DYRL VF-1A Kakizaki + DYRL N-GER and a TV VF-1A Kakizaki + TV N-GER. Do the same thing with DYRL VF-1A M. Jenius + Defender, and TV VF-1A M. Jenius + Phalanx. Maybe that's just because I'm buying them all anyway though...

Were these the actual results of the voting? If so, I'm surprised the VT-1 dropped so far back. I would say that it's pretty promising that the Tomahawk came in fourth and the first three are for sure being/been made.

Maybe it's not going to end with the next episode but instead end with a movie after the next episode. Wasn't that the plan when it was supposed to be a 1 cour series?
