  1. I'm sorry, I was referring to the super/strike parts.
  2. It's possible they would release separate tv and dyrl versions and that the TV version wouldn't have the gun just like Yamato did. So far they haven't seemed to acknowledge that there's a difference between the two.
  3. So amiami says their delivery of ET red Legioss toys was destroyed and they're waiting on a restock. I have a bad feeling about this.
  4. Super and strike parts will come together of course, it's just a gun, but take $50 off all these prices and you would have exactly what Yamato did. $150 for valk, like $75 for super, almost $150 for GBP and then you had to shop monster boxes. Expecting a similar experience with slightly inflated prices seems wise.
  5. Until what?
  6. This may have sucked a lot of wind from any Arcadia Wonderfest announcements, especially if this costs less than a PF V2
  7. Agreed... Could be tough!
  8. No, because they care about size, not scale.
  9. If they can fit a 1/48 in a dx size box, that would be fantastic. I sold my Yammies because I couldn't store them! All except Hikaru and Roy that is.
  10. It's the same size as a dx, and since the VF1 is a small plane, that makes it 1/48. Not saying it's a good decision but Bandai thinks in terms of how big the item is in your hands first.
  11. Wow, that's a lot more invasive than I expected.
  12. That's a great price on a 19F, excellent find!

Is there a Tamashii nations event in Japan every October? It would seem like that would be a good time to make a big Macross splash again.
  14. One potential nitpick, those vert stabs look a bit big.
  15. If you just wanted to keep it in bike mode you could do a bit of gluing and probably remove the offensive kibble and it should look like a pretty good facsimile. Same with slave mode. If you did some gluing and abandoned the transformation of the toy it would work out pretty nice.
  16. Feels like a McDonald's in this thread 'cause I'm lovin' it.
  17. That would sounds true of CMs also, their engineering was generally awful and ET seems like a similar group.
  18. My E=X Garland review is up! Spoiler: I am not a fan.
  19. Well that's great, they should have thrown an extra in so we could fix our blue ones...
  20. Amiami sent a delay in shipping email because of damage found on inspection... Hopefully just some crushed boxes but I don't like the sounds of this.
  21. I'm pretty sure Freeing dropped mospeada from consideration... And given their Garland effort, we're all better off for it.
  22. Yes, I have a friend at Sentinel who will be at SDCC, I'm trying to arrange beers with him. My impression though is that they're all about Stick and Ray and other lines at the moment so I don't foresee them making any exciting announcements until Winter.
  23. Yep, I'm hopeful there have been some minor tweaks to improve the experience. I shipped mine SAL which works out since i'm also heading on vacation to SDCC :).

The new anniversary paint scheme isn't too awful in fighter mode... I think it's just a bit busy. If I recall from my youth with hot-rods, the rule was three colors. If the new anniversary paint scheme swapped out the white for more black it might have worked.
