I really wouldn't call them minor changes, since the events are quite diffrent from the series, they happen at diffrent times with diffrent characters, and it spawed the whole which-version-is-cannon debate. Anyway I'll let you see it for yourself instead of giving it away.

Aside from Macross, Armored Core and the GP01 and 02, what other things has Kawamori done the mechanical designs for?

I don't know if that'll make a diffrence or not since I heard with the online play everything is randomly placed.

Splitting hairs here, but I think that it is meant only for space, but capable of surviving in the well. The question is: can the 2JA survive in space? Does it have the necesary engine mods to burn in space or was that left out to make it cheaper/lighter as it was meant for atmospheric use? I read in one og the Macross II books that a VF-2JA can operate in space.

On this board, it wouldn't surprise me if some folks won't accept anything less than a 1/48 scale Monster. For me, even 1/60 is way too big. I'm happy with my paper Monster model that's about HO scale. That is still almost a foot tall and a foot and a half long. Paper Model of the Monster??? was this a purchased kit, or did you print it on your printer at home? If you have the files to print it... I most definatly wouldn't mind living in Macross City in 2040. Being a political science major, I've always wondered how the political end of things worked there. Are there senators, if so where do they come from, etc? Though I wouldn't mind being on some design team for Shensei Industries or General Galaxy. And by now Earth is a fortress, and the U.N. Spacy is a force not to be f*cked with at this point so I would have to worry about some Zentreadi ship blowing my ass away with it's main cannon. Although I wouldn't mind being on the SDF-1 during Space War one, or shortly after that. That whole period of "needing every avaliable man" since with my bad eyes this is probably the only time frame I'd have a good chance of finding myself in a VF (so what if it's cannon fodder, your fighter in Ace Combat is cannon fodder colors) or a Monster. I would also love the see the Grand Cannon fireing.
