    If that’s how it works for international shipping then you should state that because I was giving an example in which for USPS the mailer or addressee can make the claim.

    Wouldn’t that be the shipping company’s fault though? I recently received a crushed box from USPS and had to file a claim. I received a check for the damage from USPS.

    Here’s to hoping that Flying Mule receives them in good condition and then uses a shipping service that handles packages better.

    The listing for Storm Shadow says # 1 New Release in Pre-Kindergarten toys. I’m ok with Beach Head having blue eyes. So far I’ve gotten both versions of Destro, one with a circle on his head and one without.
