  1. Yeah if they came out with a 1/72 fast pack version i would get it. However if they came out with a 1/48 YF-19, I would get 2 or 3!!!
  2. Awesome dude! .........Excuse me while i pick my jaw up off the floor.
  3. What the............ hell is that!?!?!? Scary stuff i tell ya!
  4. Dam those wallpapers look SWEEEEEET!!! They look so good i like jag already! WHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
  5. >EXO< did your avatar just blink at me!?!? I must be seeing things......
  6. Can you even find a Hikaru anywhere? Those are out of print now, so consider yourself lucky if you can find one at a good price. They are both very nice though. In my opinion, i would get Roy. His skull Leader VF-1S has alwys been my favorite. In the end it's up to you though. My vote is for Roy. But since Hikaru is harder to find now, get that if it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Either way you can't really go wrong. 1/48's are da bomb!!!!!!!!!!
  7. $29 bucks + shipping...... SWEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Each episode is about 28 minutes long. So if you probably picked up one of the earlier DVD's. At first, they were releasing them 1 episode at a time. It's better t get the set, with all 5 episodes on 1 disc.
  9. So would I. Shawn, pleeeeeaaase man! Please give us an update, will this MW DVD special project ever see the light of day? If so, it will be a great day indeed.
  10. You say you are only getting "ONE", but i would bet against that. I thought i would be getiing one also, at one point and time. I now have (4) 1/48's, and (11) 1/5 Bandai's. Bottom line dude, a 1/48 is the most bang for your buck. If this is your first Valk though (and you are not getting a 1/ 48), i would go for a Bandai 1/55. Those babies are sweet! You can transform them like 100 times, drop em, etc... and they still don't break. (Normal drops, not body slams unto solid concrete ) The Bandai 1/55 are the perect thing to get for your very first Valk. They have a solid strudy plastic perfect and uses a "perfect" transformation. While the Yamato 1/60's are fragile, and you need to take off the legs to transform them. The Yamato 1/60's look real good, but you have to ba careful. If it's your first Valk, go with a Bandai. Afterwards (cause and there will be more coming) then try the more delicate Yamatos. I tell you there is nothing like a 1/48 brahda!
  11. Is this possible, will i not care about my Macross stuff anymore!!?!? My wife is 6 months pregnant, and several people have told me that when they had kids nothing really mattered to them once the kids came. Only thing they really cherish was spending time with the kids. Not one person, but many different people have mentioned this to me. Now i read this thread. I mean i can see me enjoying my first born son who will be here in April, but i don't think i'll enjoy Macross toy collecting any less. Theres no way in hell he's touching my 1/48's either! I guess i'll understand what you guys mean in a few months. I better enjoy Macross now while i can.
  12. I wish i was Godzilla...... I wish i was Godzilla...... I wish i was Godzilla...... Damn, it didn't work! I still got only (3) 1/48's in my closet! My life SUCKS!!! I wish i was Godzilla...... I wish i was Godzilla...... I wish i was Godzilla......
  13. Wow, $95!?!?!? I paid $110 for mine and thought it was a bargin. Well it was, but yours is a ............................... STEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What are ya waitin for!?!!?!!?! WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!
  14. 6 months ago i went to the Transformers convention "Bot-Con" and met Pat Lee and many other writers and artists of Dreamwave. I would have never thought that just a few months later they would be closing their doors. A dark day for Transformer fans indeed............
  15. I just went on e-bay and bought the FX version. 1 DVD with all 5 episodes for $8.99 SHIPPED! I hope FX did a decent job with the subs. I really like thier version of DYRL. I'll let you all know how the subs are after i get the DVD in the mail.

  17. Wow, i found this GIANT Spidey at my local Target on Clearence!! Only $9.99!!! Damn he is sooooo big. My wife saw it, and because it was so cheap she wanted me to go back and buy another one for her! Awesome, just awesome this figure is! And you can't beat the price! Here are some pics, with Spidey doing the Hawaii surfing pose! Shaka brahda!!!!! WHOOOO!!!
  18. Must...try...and not talk about...... Robotech........ I am not gay, i must........ refrain............ aargghh!!!!!!!!!!
  19. Wait... wait..... What would the name be? Macross? no, no, Robotech. Wait, you mean Mcross, or Robotech, wait, wait... Tell me it again, cause i just don't get it. Robotech, right? OK i get it Macr.. i mean Robotech. ahhh.. So yeah i would love it if they made a Macross movie named Macross here in the states. You know what would be REALLY cool? If it were a live acion movie! YES! I AM A GENIUS!! (Not Max Jenius)
  20. You mean a 2nd Robotech movie? They already came out with a Robotech movie in the 80's. I have it on VHS....... http://www.coolstuffvideos.com/images/imagerobotechmovie.JPG I guess if they made another Robotech movie i would give it a try. Then i would come here to MW & most likely bash it.
  21. I agree, for me this place has been a great place to hang out and talk about Macross. So great that I have tried several times to "plug" Macross World to other fans that I have met elsewhere on the net. A few times though I would get return e-mails telling me that they had questions on these boards only to get blasted, and that they would rather not be a regular here on these boards. That's why I mentioned the "attitude", that's all. I don't like seeing members who could be potential regulars just not come here anymore just because some people want to play "mod" when they are not. For me the attitude has been great. When I first posted on these boards I added in a picture for my signature. That is against the rules here, and I did not know that. I then got PM's from (3) different members politely letting me know about the rules and how no one was allowed to have pictures in their sigs. At the same time they gave me a warm welcome here to Macross World. I was very grateful to them for letting me know, and ESPECIALLY for not flaming me about it in front of everyone. This is the kind of positive replies that will keep the newbies coming back and hopefully becoming regulars here on the boards.
  22. Kind of how you are making Culverin feel inferior right now huh? Answering his question was very noble of you, but you don't want to scare newbies off. I've heard time and time again about why some people don't hang out here and ask questions because of the "attitude" they get. If the mods what to "yell at him or make him inferior" like you say, let them. That's their job, not yours.
