  1. What's wrong with Dildotrain? I think he looks nice as a robot and space shuttle. Rather phallic as a train though.
  2. Just picked up the Logitech MX 3200 wireless keyboard/mouse combo unit. This thing rocks! The mouse is comfortable and has quite a few programmable buttons on it (awesome for my CAD usage). The keyboard is cool too, since you can program some buttons to open specific programs, and a few of them can open your default browser to a specific page/site or search engine. Not bad for $100.
  3. They usually have a quick turn around time. The nice part of it is that you can track what they're doing to your stuff through the warranty center online. They log exactly what they do to your product, when they get it, when they ship it, etc. After I sent my computer in, it was shipped 2nd day air, they had it for a day, and two days later it was at my door (happened all three times too).
  4. I've dealt with Toshiba before. It did take them three times to figure out what was wrong with my laptop, but they did finally get the problem worked out. Unless the pixels are completely black, they may be able to be saved. There is a program that was designed to reset discolored pixels that still work but do not display the correct colors, but it won't work on ones that are completely black (also works for PSP).
  5. I've got a Logitech cordless with the scroll wheel and the third/middle button. I programmed the third button for a ENTER keystroke, and it's reduced the amount of time it takes to do repeated tasks with CAD. It took a little while to get used to the scroll wheel though since it can really act as three buttons (you can tilt it left or right and also press it down) which really screwed me up a few times on a drawing.
  6. What are your opinions on NetGear's stuff? I have an old router and card (don't really use them anymore though) and I read some good reviews of the products and they had a killer rebate at WorstBuy. I'm looking to upgrade soon so I can get online with the PS2 and play SOCOM again.
  7. I have that set. You have to shake them a little after you fill them to get the ink flowing. Just remember to shake them away from the drawing area, since you'll get a little splatter. These are VERY nice pens to use. Anyone know where I can find a brush pen with an ink cartridge on it?
  8. So where the hell are the t-shirt order threads? 2X for me please!
  9. Almost anything new in the Macross world would be welcome. I'll be looking forward to how this all comes out.
  10. I only found one Jetfire in SE Wisconsin, and I didn't pick him up due to my wife's evil glare that was penetrating my skull.
  11. That's nothing. I was nuking a potato yesterday, and upon further reading of the instructions, I found that after seven minutes in the microwave you are supposed to "carefully open the wrapper" and "immediately eat" the potato. These people are just begging for a legal war. So to counter your point, I wonder how many of our Earthly idiots would actually do that and suffer severe burns in their mouths simply from reading directions and not using common sense.
  12. I think they did a good job with the SOCOM series on the PSP. I enjoyed playing the first one, and I'm still waiting to get the second. Mercury was a ton of fun, and BomberMan kicks so much butt. PQ was another that I enjoyed. Castlevania on PSP? I'm all over that one.
  13. First, that had nothing to do with "animation." Second, well, it sucked. Not only did you waste your time with it, but I have wasted my time watching it. Thank you, YouTube, for allowing people with no talent to have their 10 seconds of being noticed. There is more worthless junk on that site than I care to see.
  14. Well, they look good with the exception of Duke's defective eyeball, Scarlett's weird looking body shape, Baroness' goofy looking painted rings around her eyes, and Destro's shrunken head. They should give Baroness LASIK and get rid of those painted rings. Snake-eyes and Storm Shadow are a must.
  15. Wouldn't it make more sense to have Blaster as the speaker set?
  16. I have a better question. Since they're giving us an MP3 Player that appears to be very posable and very awesome looking, why are they giving us the same crappy blocky non-posable G1 Prime for the speakers? You'd think they would/could come up with something better than that, especially with the newer/better toy designs that are flooding the market now (movie SS excluded).
  17. Funny you should mention the shows we grew up on. My son is watching TF Cybertron right now, and I can't stand it. Each Transformer has to tell itself to transform (i.e. Optimus actually says "Optimus Prime, transform"), and Thundercracker sounds like some retarded redneck cowboy (WTF!), and Landmine sounds like a 30yr old with a 3rd grade education. My son likes it just because it's Transformers. I can't stand it for the reasons mentioned. And when the hell did Steve Irwin become the VA for Jetfire?!?
  18. I tried watching this the other day, and honestly, I didn't think it was all that great. I guess I just don't get why they have this thing for severed heads, total mutilation with blood gushing everywhere and boobs galore but no pubic hair.
  19. So is it that the PS3 ITSELF doesn't support rumble, or did the controllers just not have it? I mean if Logitech were to make a controller WITH rumble, would it still work?
  20. Had an opportunity to grab a 60GB at Target last night. I had two things going against me though. One being my account balance and my wife being the other. Not that I'd want it right now anyway. None of the games released so far look interesting enough to play. I'll wait for a bigger selection.
  21. I don't know about Bruce being the best metal vocalist. Halford still has that certain sound that screams metal (and not in a gay way).
  22. Well, the kid was a happy little boy yesterday. He now has one more TF Classics than I do (I'm missing Mirage, but he has it). He just got Prime from "Santa" and now that I've had the chance to open it (mine are still MISB) I gotta say this figure is one of the best so far. Transformation is easy, very posable, sturdy, and it looks cool too.
  23. Nevermind... Looks good. My kid is going to like it.
