  1. The holes are too small on the VF-0.
  2. They're not really skinnier, just shaped differently. Less flat in the front and more curved but with the same amount of mass to it.
  3. I'll have you know those hands are designed to wield the power of Nanto Sei Ken. They have the perfect form for it.
  4. Stop buying gray market toys if you don't want this to happen.
  5. We'll get to see Battle 25 as soon as they're done making the CG model. Also did anyone notice that the VF-171 was equipped with the same missiles and AIM-7 Sparrow model from Macross Zero? Maybe they're space Sparrows. Also the Macross Chronicle has just announced that the VF-0's first flight was in 2004. It truly is the first VF.
  6. We get to see Battle 25 as soon as they finish making the CG model.
  7. I cannot express my disappointment enough with regards to Battle 25 doing nothing during the battle. raaaage
  8. Do all those timelines take the PC Engine games into account? It seems like the design philosophy and existence of the VF-1 type R variants in 2036 with all of the random Zentradi attacks.
  9. Are you calling this girlie? Look at him! He has his gun in one hand and his woman in the other! Hikaru was a pansy compared to this chunk of beefcake.
  10. Robot Jox is better than Transformers. Seriously.
  11. That picture is dirty Robotech art. Plus she has fish lips.
  12. Don't forget the YF-21 busting though a building just to get a sneak attack.
  13. I think you guys need to work on your division. The Tomahawk is 12.7 meters in real scale. Which is 0.216 repeating meters in 1/60 scale which is 21.16 centimeters or 8.3 inches. That's height with the missile launcher. Without it's approximately 7.39 inches.
  14. Are you asking me to prove a negative?
  15. No, it's an invisible dragon that's there now just like your mass produced Macrosses.
  16. There's an invisible dragon behind you right now. But you can't touch it or smell it. You'll never find it, but it's there.
  17. I felt the shorts ranged from terrible (like the first one) to mediocre. They just felt kind of hollow. Like, they hired all these studios like Madhouse just to make some "anime cool" Batman shorts without any substance. And the dubbing with the standard anime mouth movements looked terrible.
  18. I noticed that the 1/60 VF-0 has the swingbars. It was nice to have them if only for cosmetic purposes. Although the toy would have to be 1/48 scale for them to be large enough to support the weight of the legs without bending.
  19. Tim Eldred is a lot of things. He did some Robotech comics back in the day where everything was GRIZZLED and HARDCORE. The men had manly stubble and his version of Yellow Belmont was almost completely unrecognizable. A word like, "Zents" sounds like something from those comics. Honestly, "Zents" is pretty stupid. It's like "Feddy" and "Zeke" from those awful Gundam dubs. Besides, after watching this episode you should know what they're called. ZENTRAN! ZENTRAN! ZENTRAN! ZENTRAN!
  20. I suppose it's no worse than a show where a high school aged amateur pilot is given no less than three shiny new transforming robot jets (painted in the same red and white colors) over the course of his career.
  21. First generation seems like a way to distinguish it from the Frontier, Quarter, and Galaxy. New fans would probably associate "Macross" with those kinds of ships and not the old one.
