In that case, I guess holding onto my 1/72 YF-19 would have some kind of sentimental value hahaha. to be honest, I've considered selling it at one point, because of how bad I felt it was.. Got it with one of my very first pay checks afterall.

Some times, when I see that NY has dropped their initial YF-29 30th Anniversary ver. pricing down to 2000yen above SRP, I feel tempted to pick up a 2nd one just for keeps (also in case my first one breaks.. it does feel floppy afterall).

Where did you get that VF-25F armoured parts? And how much?

Depends on how much you know I guess. I think you'll be hindered with regards to certain mission objectives. But there are a few threads in the games sub-forum here where people are discussing it. I've avoided it for now because I haven't had much time to play. On another note. Based on the photographs, so the CF 171's actual green is that? I was kinda looking forward to that metallic looking one in the promo shots.

Oh lord. I hope not.. im trying to secure a VF-25G, and a VB-6 Monster, after that, it's the VF-25S re-release and I'm more or less done with this... Unless they reissue the YF-29 Alto.... I might get that for completion's sake. And a YF-29 Isamu... And the YF-30..... I'm in trouble aren't I?

I haven't played far enough myself to see it, but I like what I've seen of it so far.

I'm sure many here have heard of him, and I'm sure fans of the YF-19 loved the look of the Isamu version in Macross 30. Only thing is, will Bandai actually make one

Hmm tough call.. I'm a cheap bastard, so I got most of my Valks at pretty good prices. The VF-19P would usually cost the highest in my collection, but I got it on some really heavy discount of 162+ USD, maybe the VF-19Kai a close second as it was only a few bucks cheaper. Also I had to get the sound booster for it. Otherwise, I'd have to say the YF-29 30th Anniversary colour is the most expensive at the moment, weighing in at 182 USD. For non-Macross toys, ThreeA's Metal Gear Rex pretty much takes the cake at $490

It comes with all those miniature mechs AND a miniature Vajra. I haven't opened mine, but the arms apparently don't stay up well due more to the weight of the cannon. But if you're displaying it in cruiser mode, the stand helps to keep it propped up.

Dammnit... I wanna break mine out so bad... but I can't at the moment... I recalled somebody (probably from here) did a temporary fix by stuffing a thick wad of paper into the elbow, allowing the Quarter to hold the cannon up even in cruiser mode.

Holy crap! Another 50? Amazing!I hope they can pull these numbers again when the Vf-25S comes around for a reissue. Also, going by the release of the VF-171 and its super parts, do ya guys think we may possibly hear of a super and armour reissue in July when the 25F is out?

awesome. Looks way better than Alto's I wonder if this can fit onto the 171EX.. but I guess it would require the hard points on the wings...

haha.. Tis a slippery slope of a hobby... Now all that's left is the VF-25G, VF-25S (the stress we'll all have to go through to land one of these again) and the Monster (reissue seems unlikely) and I'm pretty much set hahaha... oh and the armour and super parts off course... at least for the 25S and F

Only 12 left for VF-25F, peeps. In a bit of a dilemma here.. Already securing a VF-25F, I picked up the RVF-25 and VF171 CF on a whim since it was relatively cheap @ HLJ. Contemplating if I should shell out the 22800 asking price for a VF-25G and 19800 for a VF-171EX Alto..... That way, all I'll need are the VF-25S, VB-6 Monster and YF-29 Alto (not a necessity but good to have) and I'm pretty much done with this series...
