I think the 3-4000 yen mark up isn't too shabby.. compared to other places anyway

but the VF-25F being the 1st renewal to be released, it would logically follow that we ought to see the super parts and armor parts reissued for these before any other super parts get reissued right? I am considering if I should take the plunge and fork out 7500yen and 11000 yen for these to get one now.. ahead of the release in July.

It varies from shops to shops. My understanding is Amiami and Otacute generally don't allow cancellations - usually a ban of your email and delivery address for doing so, though the former some times do make exceptions. Hobby Search only allows 2 weeks after order to decide if you want to cancel. But generally, if you are able to get it at these 3 places, you should count your blessings and not even bother cancelling. HLJ allows you to cancel any time before the item arrives. Not sure about NY, though people here seemed to be able to just by emailing them. Frankly, it is because people can be such flakes that shops like Amiami have to be so harsh and strict when it comes to cancellation.

I know right? I've been looking for alternatives, and even considering those flight stands for planes, but can't find anything remotely decent. The closest we'll get is the Shapeway Adapters for Gundam bases, but even those have certain limits

Does the Tamashii stages even work for the Yamato 1/60 Valks? I would think even the stage 5 can't hold those.

I wonder if they'll reissue the YF-29 Alto version, seeing as they've gone full circle and started with the VF-25F again. Would still prefer an Isamu version 1st though.

Hmm.. using very limited japanese knowledge and partial help from BING, he said something about transforming once only and putting it into his collection case (cabinet I pressume), and has kept it in the dark. Not too sure what he said about the box.. I think something like it is not burnt. But he did mention about scratches and faint dirt on the boxes, though it is in relatively good condition. No claims and no returns. If you want like-brand new item, please refrain from bidding. And he also mentioned that it smells of smoke... That's a big turn off for me already Contents include manual and decals. That's all I got out of it, but not sure if it's accurate, so take it as you will :X

sorry for the slight off topic, but since this concerns NY, anybody ever had any luck in combining multiple orders with them? If so, how did you go about it?

yikes... I did hear about transformation issues with the YF-21.. not sure if I should consider picking 1 up.. plus I really think it looks good in fighter mode.. not much in battoroid mode. Same for the 22 I guess.

Oh.. well like Scyla said, you can try camping @ NY to see if they release some of the cancelled RVF. Though I have no clue at what price that will be at...

If it's the VF-25F you want, NY still has it.

What got me curious is, why did the RVF come up so late.. also where did those VF-171 come from this late in the game? People getting cold feet closer to release date? ya my bad. error with my cart.

Re-reading Tober's HLJ email, Order Stop status meant that there is a chance they might get more (also through cancellation perhaps?) I guess when they have really sold out it would be Discontinued instead.

Considering we've been at this madness since Monday (given the delayed date), till this very moment, I hope it won't be as stressful.... HA! Yeah right.. who am I kidding? It's gonna be worse....

My benchmark was at 14-20k max for initial waves of preorders as that was pretty much the starting auction prices, and I'll be damned if I can't get one even at that max price. Weighing my option on paying 11 to 19k for the armor set or wait for a reissue instead... Or maybe consider a 2nd hand armor set

Indeed. The price has reached YJA levels afterall. But better to have bought and overpaid a little, than never bought and desperately try to find one months down the road lol

Amiami has a 1 per customer rule too.. I don't even know how NY can obtain it from them. My guess is they're buying it off the retailers in Japan - probably booking using phone or something?Now.. to wait and pray for a reissue of the web exclusive super and armor packs... or shell out for the overpriced ones at various places...
