uh, I would have to disagree. My toy investing gave me enough captital to buy real estate wich led me to become a millionaire. There are people that are billionaires now because of investing in toys. Now when I say investing, I dont mean toy hording. I always see people on these boards saying that investing in toys is a bad idea, but I doubt that anybody in this forum is stacking greenbacks like me. edit - spelling 378622[/snapback] THen i humnbly am sorry if you took offence on what i said , but like most people said, there are easier/better things to invest on with less risk on returns than toys. Stock options are probably less risky than toys. I always thought of the secondary toy market as the geek's stock market.

Episode 31 is out! w00ts! Most of my previous predictions have been confirmed in this episode. The corallians/aliens looked abit too funky though. Its funny but isn't most of the anime centered around athrun and his indecision? That's what i feel anyway. Seems Shinn took the backseat during Seed Destiny and it was all about Athrun.

Oh, what i meant was I didn't like the designs where the nosecone of the air craft forms the head making them look like pinheads. In fact the VF-9's head isn't the nosecone but it still has a pointy head.

I played 3 and 4. I don't see any real differences between the 2 unlike most of you have described 4 as a letdown. But i must admit i got kinda bored 3/4 into FM4 and didn't feel like finishing it like i did FM3. I was also annoyed that FM4 for some reason didn't use the "rollerblades" on the wheels like in FM3 (double movement if travelling in a straight line) eventhough the opening FMV shows the mechs still had them.

Geh?! Even more confuzzled. No wonder it doesn't quite look like a VF-4 in battroid mode. That means in that opening scene where i'm quite sure Max was using the VF-4, Miria wasn't using the VF-4. BUMP! I was re-watching the M3 clip and realised that Max and Miria were using different mechs at the beginning and ending. (d'oh) At 1st i thought they were using the VF-4 throughout but wondered why the VF-4's battroid looked really weird at the end. Then it occured to me it wasn't the VF-4. Was about to start a new topic when i found this thread. I was feeling confused watching the video. Took some screenshots: The clearest animated form a VF-4 battroid we're ever gonna get: Cutlass in fighter mode, mid transformation and gerwalk mode: And the Vampire causing me confusion. Its fighter mode looks somewhat like the variable Glaug. The whole mecha lineup. WTF? VF-4 doesn't look like that?! Now i'm the wiser. Stupid me. And people don't seem to have a problem with Kira Yamato cuz he has beam riflezzzzzz. Its not hard to believe that Basara is capable of feats of uber ace pilotness while singing. But granted the series made it look like Basara was avoiding turtles squirting water. Maybe if a few itano-circuses and Basara avoids them like Max, you wouldn't call it childish?

I was thinking the same thing, except we have to portray Gamlin's jealousy/rivalry/annoyance with Basara, and that has to be portrayed before Basara becomes an official military sanctioned force. So there's a buildup of rivalry from when Basara was a civilian until he becomes a member of Sound Force. Gamlin's annoyance and irritation is further fueled by the establishment of Emerald Force as Diamond Force gets the backseat. (Poor Gamlin) So i'd say timeline will be the same as the TV series, except all the middle filler stuff in between removed. There'll only be 3-4 major battles instead of the TV's "failed enemy attack of the week" episodes. And Btw, Lord Geppernitch badly needs a makeover, especially his(her) final form. Probably a more bio-mechanical monstrosity ala Escaflowne movie version instead of a flash of light and voila.....Super-Geppernitch.
