Complete with cartoony sheep voice. That propaganda > Zeon's propaganda. LOL! I don't understand why would the MS's would body break if the engine goes too fast. Is it because it can't handle the acceleration? You'd figure the pilot would get crushed sooner then the mobile suit would break apart if that was the case.

Just seen episode 3. Gawd....this series is depressing to watch. Everytime the 601st gets a new toy to play, it gets destroyed in some dramatic way along with its pilot. I feeling bad for the spacenoids. But cool ep....it has ball squadrons pwning things.

Oh yeah....now that you mention it i remember. Shin and Nora engaged their boosters. Then Shin wanted to turn back and shoot her and i think he mentioned that he wasn't at the safe transformation limit. I guess that answers my question.

There IS a God! Hallelujah!

I'm no aero buff, so bear with me if i sound noobish. When Shin was dogfighting Nora in the final episode, he did a Cobra Maneuver. It just occured to me I didn't understand what that maneuver was for so i googled it and got these explanations. (one of them from a RPG rule book? LOL!) http://www.milavia.net/users/fighterjets/maneuvers.php http://www.kitsune.addr.com/NinjaSpies/Nin...t_Maneuvers.htm So basically, the maneuver is used to slow your fighter down significantly so the bogey on your tail would overshoot you and you can shoot him down, and only fighters with thrust vectoring (mainly the SU-37) can do it, if i gathered correctly. So the question is, if the point was to slow down at a dime and shoot Nora from behind, why not just go straight to gerwalk which probably is easier to do, and probably would yield better results anyway? Or maybe its just COOLER if they did that....which i admit WAS pretty cool.

I heard this was a mistype, and it was only going to be a rerelease. 370433[/snapback] But zincpanic mentioned it had added details. Shrug. About the monster....gah....yeah its been pretty long actually now that Shin Densestu Kai mentioned it. But it was mentioned in their release list last year;s winter WF as well, so i thought it was revived or something.

Ditto. Poor girl must be having backaches in game version especially after doing all those hand 2 hand combat.
-
Wasn't the 1/60 ( i think it was 1/60) Monster announced during last year's Wonderfest too? Whatever happened to that? Vapourware? I pray to the great Hory Froating Head that we will be surprised with a YF-19FP this coming WF.

For those who have got the Japanese release of the FFVII AC figures, most would know the figures especially the face sculpts leave much to be desired. But I was looking at some photos online of the supposed US releases and they apparently look much better than the Japanese releases. I just MIGHT get myself a Cloud + Fenrir previously only available in Japan in the DVD exclusive pack. Anyway, here's someone's custom work on the Cloud + Fenrir which features the sword that actually seperates, and he did the opening compartments for the Fenrir. http://board.spawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=274733

0.o Woah....now that's a look befitting an intelligence officer.

Talho gets a new look? I thought it was the Nirvash getting a new look.

Art was kinda crappy this ep, and in contrast loads of stuff revealed. So coralians, scab(scurve) etc are sentient beings...but probably not of alien origin but from the planet and appear because the planet is hurting due to trapar being mined. Thus making them sorta gaea force of nature kinda things.

Well....despite no responses, i went ahead and got it. The previous owner did a so-so job on the paint. He painted most of it with a brush, and the panel lines were done using gundam marker. The panel lines were shallow, thus the panel lines were too thick and bled abit. Anyway, a much better job than I can handle for sure. Plan to hire a pro to touch it up abits. On to the model itself, there is no mechanism for the legs to transform in between modes. So you gotta remove the legs, take out a joint the legs connect to, and put in a new joint for any of the 3 modes and reconnnect the legs. So these 3 joints are the parts for part swapping. It has poly caps for all major joints and the thighs are ball jointed, so i'm quite happy with this model. Its a pretty cool model. Glad i got it.

In regards to warp travel, how does Eldar warpgates work? They sound like Haxx0rz doors that can appear anywhere instantaneously, without fear of interception from chaos entities.
-
That's something new. It seems that the emperor himself is the core of warp travel. I see Astronomican mentioned a few times but never knew what it was. So is this to say should the emperor die, human worlds will be forever lost in space, with no means of interstellar travel? Or if i read it again, does it mean like he himself is a beacon, so that from anywhere in human controlled space, a psyker can warp back to Terra easily instead of making multiple jumps towards terra?

Hi model folks....i'm usually in the toy threads so hope you guys can help me out. Somebody wants to sell his VF-2 SS which is painted and assembled to me for a reasonable price. I searched about it here and gathered that it requires parts swapping to transform. How much swapping involved is there? Is it durable enough for transformation? Another question is, does this thing have polycaps on its joints? Does the cannon really come down over its head, cause looking at the pictures i don't think it does. And can someone give a slight review of it if you own one or post photos? Here's his model. Pictures are grainy and badly angled so i can't really make it out that well. http://photobucket.com/albums/y2/rayz_x/24...20sale/?start=0 THanks folks.

These toys actually remind me more of the transformable (parts swapping) kaiyodo macross trading figures.

w00ts!! Congrats, Graham!! Kiss and make up!!

I shot kev an enquiry over email if he still has taka stickers left but yet to get a reply. Probably busy with the last batch of orders.
-
That robo is awesome. If it could transform, it would rock.
-
But i believe that shot was taken in an annual japanese robotics competition which focuses on bipedal robots. So its main scoring is from balance, and programming logic, not aesthetics.

HOLY COW WE HAVE A WEBSITE!!! Nice update.
