  1. Ha ha! Sometimes, you have to make choices. That's bad ass. But 500 dollar bad ass?
  2. I think you're right. But this baby blows the Yamato out of the water! Ban Dai is going to make me broke this year.
  3. That's scary! The SV-51 is a beauty, but its just so intricate that I would assume it's super fragile! Luckily your 51 is okay! That would have given me a heart attack if it were my Valk! By the way, which version of the 51 is it?
  4. My wife is getting me the 19 DN for my birthday. Not too much a fan of the non-cannon Valks, but the 19 kicks ass in that white and blue color scheme. I have a feeling it is going to quickly become one of my personal favorites. When Yamato releases the Blazer 19, it may give the DN a run for it's money though.
  5. I don't have the 11C yet, but I have always loved that color scheme. That is one sweet looking Valkyrie.
  6. I got my order of 6 Battle Pods and 2 heavy missile figures in. I have to say, that for the price, they rock. Good paint apps. Great sculpting. They're small next to my 1/48 Valks, but, as a Transformers fan, I've learned to deal with the lack of proper scale over the years. Good job, Toynami. I am impressed. Here's to hoping we see some Inbits (Invid) in the near future! That would blow my Mospeada loving mind.
  7. I got some old flexi's at Frank and Son's from a guy who just wanted to get rid of them. I think I bought every one he had (seven of them) for like 40 bucks or something. They're used and have some scratches on them, but I am so glad I have them. They are STILL the best means to display a Valk.
  8. Man that thing is HUGE! I know, I know. I set myself up for one of those "that's what she said" jokes...
  9. Honestly, I don't see why not? That would be a great gimmick on their 1/3000 SDF-1. Main cannon lights and sounds! I have that leader class brawl. He's a fantastic figure. But the best electronic gimics are on the new Star Wars oversize AT-AT and their Big Millennium Falcon (that was released 2 years ago). Great play value.
  10. I hate to say it, but as much as I love the Yamato version (which I will hopefully be getting from EXO soon...) this is just 10 times better. That shark mouth kicks so much @ss it's not funny. Bandai knocked this one out of the park!
  11. I found a place where I just ordered my 1/100 TV regults. They're in No. Cali, and I'm in Florida...but the shipping is FREE. So, that's cool. They are suppose to be delivered on Wednesday. Great communication too. Here's a link... http://www.kirinhobby.com/shop/index.php They just had them in stock a few days ago when I ordered mine. Hopefully you can still get them there. I think I paid $21.00 for each battelpod. Not too bad, since people are selling them on eBay for 30 - 35 + 10 bucks shipping. Almost 1/2 price. Hope this helps.
  12. That is bad @ss! Thanks for sharing!
  13. Ha ha, yes! This is how you play with a Valk!
  14. It would be interesting to see this in a pic by pic comparison with the Yamato version.
  15. Isn't that what "Macross II: Lovers Again" is suppose to be?
  16. That is the most impressive Chunky Monkey collection I have ever seen. Ever.
  17. There's a thread here with people posing their valks. I love some of the pics members take here of their toys.
  18. If you sold this kit, you'd make a small fortune. WOW. And...do your 1D kit too. Ha ha! FANTASTIC work! Seriously. I am in AWE.
  19. It's very hard to believe this is a 1/100 scale with that amount of detail. I'm just blown away. As soon as I pick a few of these up, my Toynami Battlepods (regults) will be blown away too.
