All these years later, and I still have not seen Macross 7. Finding a good english dub is very difficult. As soon as that day comes, I'm there. I've heard mixed things about Macross 7, but honestly, it's still Macross and I'm stoked to get into it. I really enjoyed the soundtrack for Zero, and Frontier. I'm very, very eager to hear Macross7 with all this firebomber hype.

There is just too much cool stuff. I love how most of it is accessible too. I first started collecting when Robotech was on the air, and collecting back then was next to impossible! Before the days of eBay and MacrossWorld. :-)

From one fan to another, thank you for your hard work. From one editor to another, I'm telling you, taking the initiative to do this will open doors for you in the industry. All you have to do is show a studio or producer that you have enough talent and drive to separate yourself from the unmotivated masses. Great work. Keep it up.

You've got some mad skills. That is awesome. I had an idea. The Robotech iMen are very similar to lego men. I know, I know, they're "Robotech". And worse, Toynami. But they're cool toys, and well made. It would be amazing to get one to fit in a detailed lego cockpit! Trouble with that is the scale. The Valkyrie (Veritech) would probably have to be around 2 feet or so. Not to mention your design is so intricate that a detailed cockpit may not be a reality. If I had half the skill set you have I would actually attempt it! Sure would be cool though! Anyhow- Back on topic- Great Valkyrie. I would actually love to build one. :-) Thanks for sharing!

Well, you have to give Transformers some props. The original 80's Jetfire did lure a plethora of fans to Macross. Then again, Transformer fans think of GoBots as a rip off/joke. As a Macross / Mospeada fan, I feel the same about Transformers. I HATE IT when my nephews call my Valkyries "Transformers." My wife has to remind me that they're only 6, and don't know any better. :-) One day, I will introduce them to Macross. Even still, somewhere, I know they'll have a place in their heart for Transformers, even though they too will think of Transformers as Gobots of the Macross world.

You know you're a Macross nut when you want to buy a motorbike to go with your Macross Helmet. :-)

These are a MUST HAVE! Sheer perfection! The only real gripe I have about the 1/60's are their inability to snap the gun onto the side of the arm. I have about 13 of these, and not one of them will do it. Which means the only way the gun is held under the belly in fighter mode is through friction. The "snaps" on the arm that is suppose to hold the gun in place is pretty useless. Other than that-they are a solid toy. LOVE the clear windshield! I'm probably preaching to the choir. Bring on Max and Miria! I should have mine in about 2 - 3 weeks! Whoo-hoo!

This is true of mine as well. But honestly, I can over look it, cause this toy is near perfection. I actually love mine more than the YF-19!

Yes, you are right, but there is something I wanted to point out. I am pretty sure Minmei is showin on Earth in Macross Plus. I believe during the 3rd act, or close to the end of the 2nd Act. She's at the Sheryl concert. So, how does she return to Earth? Macross Plus takes place what? 20 years after DYRL? Where's Hikaru? Misa? From a story telling standpoint, Hikaru and Misa don't move the story foreward, so they were never shown. Having Minmei at the Sheryl concert was another metaphore, a passing of the torch from one legend to another. At least, that's what I got of it. Back to Hikaru and Misa, I think it would be very cool for the next Macross Saga to show us the story behind this expedition. Of course, some fans won't like this, but I think the majority of fans I know would be in favor of such a tale. Food for thought.
