WTF? That looks exactly like a resin kit which was released several years ago. Did Yamato buy the sculpt or did they pull a "Toynami" as well? Compare: From what I understand when a resin kit gets popular enough and sells enough, then sometimes a company will pick it up and mass produce it in PVC form. For exampl the recent Yamato releases of the Mai and Blue Mary figures from King of Fighters. Originally they were resin kits. The really heavy one is Roy, the slightly less heavy is Basara or the secret. The lightest is Misa. I just wish I had ordered a box of the first series, I still want my DYRL Minmay... *sigh* At least I got a series 2 Minmay this time around. And I agree, don't buy individual figures from shops that employ fanboys. The cool figures that you want always get picked out... But, when I'm rying to get a figure I want, I want to figure out which box has my figure so I don't have to dish out shitloads of money. So I don't mind being able to tell or try to tell by weight or shaking.

Yeah, I hadn't really noticed before, but after spending two years in France I can hear that American accent. It is really nasally. I didn't hear it at first, but slowly I began to notice it. When an American starts speaking French, unless they've managed to learn French well and managed to learn how to pronounce things alright you can hear the American accent, and what can I say? DAMN! It sounds really bad! Those of you who have taken foreign language classes and heard those people that can't pronounce anything worth their life, you should know what I mean... Heh, my fiançée's got a French accent and she sounds really cool. It's not a really heavy accent either so it doesn't sound exagerated.

I didn't actually LOOK, but when I was putting Sara on her base, you can see up her skirt, and I think she's going commando. Makes sense considering the back ass wards tribal culture she's from and all... Any Sara fanboys out there that can confirm this? Got a QC issue on a new 1/48 Miria. The left wing flap is really the wing flap for the right wing, flipped upside down. It only turns up easily, and it won't turn down well. When I feel the left wing and the flap and compare it to my other 1/48s (Max 1A and Low Vis) there isn't the same smoothness between the wing and flap. Fricken chinese or japanese worker didn't put my valk together right! I'm also seeing stress on the backpack hinge already and I just opened it... :sigh: Other than that it's a great valk, my first valk with fast-packs!
